Bump

[Amy POV]

I was walking back home, it was still early, so I decided that I should probably go get some more sleep when I get there.

I sighed and looked at the pathway, until I bumped into something.

My body pushed itself back and I fell as I closed my eyes.

"Oh, s-sorry." The figure I bumped to said.

I opened my eyes and by my surprise, it was sonic.

"Sonic?" I said, half awake

"A-AMY?" he yelled while he backed up.

"Seriously, sonic, I'm too old for that." I crossed my arms, trying not to blush while giving him a unsatisfied expression.

He let out a small cackle at me as he rubbed his nose.

I sighed and looked away while making a bubble mouth.

"Well, I have to hit the hay, I'll talk to ya soon!"
I turn back to him and smile nervously as I walked off, trying to shake off the shy feeling.

"Alright, have a nice nap!"
He dashed off.

I finally arrived home.

I sat down on my couch, thinking of what cream talked about earlier.

"Hmmm, I wonder why shadow never tries to smile at anyone."

I sighed.
I remeber back in the day when we were in the ark, shadow mentioned something about a girl in his past named Maria...

Hmmm..

I fully opened my eyes, hoped out of the couch, and ran out of the house.

As I ran, I texted shadow to meet me at the Cafe.

After 10 minutes of waiting near the entrance, he finally teleported to the cafe.

I tapped my foot as I got annoyed just looking at him.

He walked close to me, looked at me, then entered in as if nothing happened.

"Woah, what a gentleman." I sarcastically mumbled.

"Indeed" Shadow said as he found an empty spot near the window.

I sat the opposite way from him, staring at him directly.

"So, what do you want?" He told me, right off the bat.

"Well, I was wondering, what makes you so.... Grumpy...?"
I scratched my head and stared away nervously.

"Grumpy? Well, there is a lot of things that piss me off daily basis."
He told me as he looked straight at my soul.

I looked back at him, getting slightly nervous.

"Okay, like what?"
I asked.

"Sonic, sonics ego, pathetic questions, people who say anime is a mistake, people who boss me around, yap yap yap yap"
He kept going on and on.
