First day

Me and Draco walk into the little cafe for once in my life it felt good to be with Draco he has changed a lot over the years, I guess a war changes you. "Hermione a coffee" He asked pulling me out of my thoughts "what oh yes a coffee would be nice thank you" I said trying not to blush. We sat down in the back of the cafe by a window "If you don't mind me asking but what happened with you and Ron" He asked "Oh he was an ass and would come home drunk almost every night sometimes ending up in someone else bed, I just got annoying and then he would tell me that i'm not as fun or as sexy as the woman in the bars he goes to" I said holding back tears he must have seen because he looked me me and smirked a little "OK what i just said is not funny" I said letting a few tears fall "No its not that Hermione its just that compared to some of the woman Iv'e slept with none of them compare to you" He said smiling a little "Is that a good or bad thing" I said laughing some "Good thing 'Mione, Now come on we gotta go" He said standing up and taking my hand.

"Kathy hey" Draco said to a woman about the same height as me with short brown hair talking to some one at the front desk "Draco hey, Your late" She said with strong New york  accent "Oh you must be Hermoine, I'm Katherine" She said with a beautiful smile in her face "Hi I'm Hermione Granger, did you go to Ilvermorny" I said smiling back "Yes I was a Thunderbird, Draco your late again" She said looking at Draco "I know I know I'll go do my rounds now, Bye Hermione" He said walking away. "OK so I am Chief Attending so you'll be Draco's  intern for about a year or with your reputation I'm sure it will only be a few months of interning," She said smiling.

 "Ok, Were do we start" I said "Just follow me sweetie" She said laughing a little "Uh question how do you know Draco" I said slapping my self mentally "Oh me and Draco were just friends we went to collage together and we are not dating he's your's for the taking" She said winking at me then laughing at me reaction " Me and Draco no that was a just a one time thing" I said looking a the ground "Mommy Mommy" a little girl who looked just like Katherine came running up to her she looked about three or four "Hey sweet heart how are you today, hey Hermione I have to take her to a doctors appointment you'll be with Draco should be in the ER doing rounds ok" She said smiling "Mommy who's that" the little girl said looking at me. I got on my knees to look at her and told her who I was "I'm Hermione Granger I'm new can you help me out " I said smiling "Hi I'm Iris and I'm three almost four,I would love to help you out with anything" She said with the biggest smile on her face "Aww your really cute you know that right" I said smiling bigger "I will go find  Draco,  ill see you later than" I said hugging Katherine "Ok good, come on sweetie were already late" Katherine said walking off Lily running to keep up. I thought to my self is that what I want a little girl then I imagined coming home to a child with platinum blonde curly hair and Draco as my husband "HERMIONE YOU FALLING FOR THE FERRET WHAT HAS GOTTEN INTO YOU" I said to my self

Katherine POV

"Mommy can we get ice cream with Draco and Hemione," Lily asked "If your good then yes I will ask Draco," I said kissing her cheek "OK" Iris said stretching her arms out and wrapping them around my neck. "Hi Nancy," I said to the doctor "Hi Katherine, Hello Iris how are feeling today" "I'm good I get ice cream after my doctor appointment," Iris said smiling "If your good I said," I said kissing her forehead. After the doctors appointment I went to find Draco. "well sweetie I don't think I can find him we can go on our own can't we" I said frowning "NO MOMMY I WANT DRACO AND HEMIONE TO COME WITH US" She said pouting "GO where kiddo" Draco said picking her up "Draco will you and hemione grnger go with me and mommy to get ice cream" "Well of course Hermione would you like join us" Draco said looking at Hermione "I would love to and Iris you can call me 'Mione if it's easier for you" She said giving lily a hug.

Hermione POV

"SHIT RON KICKED ME OUT OF THE APARTMENT FUCK" I yelled "You can stay with us" Iris said before anyone could speak up "Really are you sure" I said unsure "Yeah of course beside I need a new roommate, Hermione you can stay as long as you need to" I said smiling "Really thank you" I said giving Kathy a hug and Iris.
