Life hacks to feel better in your daily routine:

1. By thinking one positive thought every morning you can psychologically trick your brain into being a happier person.  🌞

2. Getting your hair, make-up and nails done has been proven to significantly treat anxiety and depression while also relieving stress. 💁🏼

3. Smiling for sixty seconds, even when you're in a bad mood, will immediately improve your mood. Using these muscles is enough to trigger the happy chemicals in your brain. 🤗

4. Writing down your negative thoughts and tossing them in the garbage can actually help to erase your bad mood.  🗑

5. Try going twenty-four hours without complaining (not even once) and watch how your life starts changing.  👀

6. Skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat-storing starvation mode, making it harder to burn calories.
Eat healthier, not less. 🍽
