This is pretty much whatever your boy's talent is, and in most cases, doesn't show to other people.

MacCready
He plays a banjo! One day, he was on the roof keeping guard, and you heard something pleasant, so snuck up on him to see him strumming and humming with his sniper across his lap.

Hancock
Knife throwing. It wasn't necessarily a surprise, but one night when he was drunk, he couldn't walk straight and you made him sit down. When he pulled out a knife you about lost your mind... until he threw it at a target and hit a bullseye. You took it out handed it back to him numerous times, and he completely nailed each shot while drunk.

Nick
Drawing. When you had to describe Kellogg, he completely sketched the guy out in a few seconds. He said he'd always been able to do it, but it was extraordinary, and you were shocked Ellie never commented on it, but she was probably used to it.

Deacon
Yoga. Deacon excels in it. You walked in and he was on his hands, legs bent at the knees so the pads of his feet nearly touched his butt. You teased him about it, but you were also deeply impressed. As a matter of fact, he does it specifically to tease you, since you're as flexible as a pencil.

X6-88
X6-88 is exceptionally good at reading palms. You always ask him to read yours to determine your future, but he rarely does. He just says, "A future in the Commonwealth is always undetermined." But, when bored, he will do so and tell you that great things await you. You thought he was lying each time, even though the ability to lie was jacked from his system.

Preston
Crossword puzzles. You were amazed you could find one in such a good state, and Preston finished it the next night. The entire book. In twenty four hours. He begged you to constantly keep an eye out for them, and you did, just for him.

Sturges
Sturges can disassemble a motorcycle and piece it back together. Easily. It's mostly impressive seeing as he made one function for the first time in 200 years. It, of course, made the Atom Cats totally horny for him, but he keeps his allegiance to the Minutemen, and you.

Gage
Painting. You once walked in on him painting Nuka-World after it was all lit up, and he was insanely embarrassed, and said he'd kill you if you ever told a soul. He painted it, and hung it over your shared bed. When anyone asked about it, he said it was pre-war, which no one believed because it was so colorful.

Travis
Puzzles! You got him a thousand piece puzzle you'd found in an old book store, and he finished it, glued it, and even framed it above his radio. You plan on getting him more for his birthday.

Danse
Ironically, dancing. He knows all the steps in every dance, and even taught you. Mostly slow dances, but both of you learned to do every dance you could. No one knew about your shared hobby, but it only made your bond with him stronger.

Maxson
Gambling. You were pretty sure it was illegal for a Brotherhood Member to play poker, but the rules said nothing about the Elder playing poker. He usually beat you, though you never played with caps. You two usually played by 'loser has to call Danse a weenie' or something along those lines.

Codsworth
He's extraordinarily good at math. He can write out any equation and answer almost everything without a calculator. It was something he didn't even know he could do.

Butch
Painting nails and giving massages. Back in the Vault when he cut hair, he did other salon services, and nail painting and massaging were two of them. Now that you were both in Megaton, he pampered you whenever you allowed him.

Gob
Gob is good with healing and whatnot. You once got wounded on the battlefield, and the doctor in Megaton told you to walk off your bulletwound, but Gob fixed you up amazingly well.

Charon
Making dream catchers. It took some coaxing, but he eventually opened up and said that he started making them when he was a teenager because his nightmares were otherworldly. He made you a small blue and yellow one to go on your vault suit's belt. It's your good luck charm on the battlefield, and a reminder of who you're fighting for/with.

Arcade
Poetry. It wasn't a huge shock, since he loves reading, but you found his poetry book under his mattress and read it. He didn't speak to you for a day after he found out, but after many compliments, you melted his heart once more, and told him he was an amazing poet.

Boone
Boone can spout off just about every constellation in the sky. Most likely because he was up in the dinosaur at night, and was fascinated by the only things besides the sun and moon to shine light. He studied them for a year or two before fully capable to recognize them without his little star pamphlet.

Raul
Not many people call it a talent, but he can hold his liquor well. It takes a certain type of alcohol to get him drunk. You say it has something to do with his ghoulification, but he claims he was always that way.

Benny
Chess. He taught you how to play, but even after that, beating him was on your list of things impossible. You and Swank even teamed up on him and spent the night before planning, but he still completely dominated the both of you.

Swank
He's good at gambling. He doesn't do it in the Lucky 38 because it's rigged so you lose somehow, but he'll gamble with you and win with ease.

Dean
Mixing drinks. He can make anything, and is even beginning to craft his own wine down in the Madre's basement. His specialty is margarita's, which you don't mind.

Yes Man
He is a walking dictionary. You claim his robot-self actually had a dictionary in its mind, and it transferred to his synth body, but he says that wasn't the case.

Victor
Victor's talent is shooting. He can hit a Sarsaparilla bottle with his eyes closed. You think some of his robotic settings transferred to his synth body, but you never question him about it.

Ten of Spades
He can sew. He'll sew up holes in your clothes or his and he can patch up just about anything, but he refuses to do stitches because it grosses him out.

Vulpes
Wood carving. From time to time he'll sit in his tent with a bowie knife, carving bears and cats, and even people some times. Watching him do it is mesmerizing (because his serious expression is hilarious). When he's done, he usually burns them so no one figures out his hobby, but he still has a slender log with your cursive name on it upon your shared dresser.

Joshua
He is trilingual. He hates to admit it because people almost always ask him about it, and he has to say he knows English, French, and Latin. He hated telling people he knew the last one, for it reminded him of his Legion days, and made him easily uncomfortable. He does, however, speak French, mostly when he's upset with people, like a Hispanic mother.

Follows-Chalk
He's really good at painting, and has even done some of his people's tattoo's for them. Joshua has a wall in his cave that is for Follows-Chalk only, like a fridge for him to paint on.

Ulysses
Ulysses can spit out facts about random subjects. If you talk about mangoes, he'll drop a fun fact about them. His knowledge ranges and some stuff he has no clue about.

Dr. O
There's really not much he can do. He once stayed up for two days straight then slept for 24 hours, if you count that as anything.

Dr. Klein
He's really good at bossing around people who aren't forced to listen to him. He's manipulative, and good at getting people to do what he wants.

Dr. Mobius
He's good at pretending he's not high. Like, extremely good. It's usually just the physical things that let you know he's high, like the red eyes and clenched jaw. Otherwise, no one would really know he was high at all.
