thursday - 6:48 p.m.
i was at my locker on the other side of the hall when i saw nick show up at your locker. i quickly shoved my books into it and walked over to him.
"invite her to the party." i whispered to him. turns out, he already did.
i'm sorry i made you feel bad. i just, i don't know, aide.
i looked at you seeing only the girl who threw her head back laughing each time i said a corny joke. the girl who fell asleep every night when we skyped. i saw the girl who loved green tea frappés and frozen yogurt. the girl who thought so much about everyone else that she often forgot about herself. . the girl who's window i throw rocks at at midnight, the one who baked sixteen batches of cookies every christmas just because she wanted to make sure she gave everyone who'd been kind to her. the one who's eyes would light up each time i'd tell her that she was beautiful then denying it. i saw the girl that i loved, love so much - i saw her.
it was almost like i was in a trance. god, you're just so beautiful.
