"Monsters don't sleep under your bed,
they sleep inside your head."
As young kids we all have at least once called our parents in our room to check under the bed or in the closet. Those where the places we feared most. Especially at night. But as we grow older we loose those fears. We develop our mental health. We all will forever have monsters or demons. Whatever you like to call them. The only difference is, they don't sleep under your bed, in your closet, or even your basement or attic.
They sleep inside your head. Which is even more scarier, because now they wont only be with you during the night. But in every second of your life.

I plan on updating this book everyday, like I put before it'll either be a poem, a speech, a quote, or just a random thought that I would like to share with you guys.
I hope this book reaches out to a lot of people. My dream is to become a motivational speaker and publish books like this on actual paper and help others.
