No, they don't.

Question two:

Do judges judge all 20 books?
No, they don't. Each judge will be given 4 books, 3 chapters in each. Except for poetry and short story, they will be judging 5 chapters each.

question 3:

does the book have to be finished?
no, it doesn't but it HAS to have at least 3 chapters, not including author notes, prolgues etc.

question 4:
does a chapter have to be a certain length?
any amount above 400 words.

question 5:

do the judges choose their own books?
no, they don't.
