I am lying on the ground, hearing screams.
It had caused me to feel terror inside, children screaming. What's been happening, I can't seem to remember.
It's hot, so hot, it would feel as if you were being roasted.
"I remember now, the school, was burning.
The lightning hit the power pole which had led to fire."
When I remembered, I felt as if I was freed, the feeling of being roasted is gone.
Slowly, I opened my eyes. Unusual, I was seeing the cloudy dark sky. I was inside the school, now I can see the sky.
I slowly moved up my body, It seems I am currently sitting on a grassland.
"Where am I..."
Something popped up in front of me, A System Notification Bar.
[Welcome, to the world of Cursliebion]
"Is this a dream?"
I find myself sitting in a world of fantasy.
"I can see my health bar, and my mana bar,
this must be, the RPG fantasy world."
I clicked the notification bar to proceed.
[There is only one thing you have to remember, Survive!]
And the System Notification Bar disappeared.
I still have my bruises from the burns, and my clothes are messed up. The place around me is quite dark, it has that atmosphere as if the place you were in is "Kill or be killed".
This place is not to adventure but to survive in the way it looks. It's not like any RPG Fantasy games. but rather a place with vibes of terror and hopelessness. Not an ideal place for heaven, but rather hell.
There's a menu button that shows your information , I had a glimpse of how weak I am.

As I was surprised by my stats, A teenage girl approached me. I might have not noticed by there's a village nearby, but it's quite far too even though it's just near.
approximately, 400 meters away probably.
That aside, the teenage girl pointed me her dagger. By the way she looks, She's wearing a commoner clothing.
"You must be a demon."
Her look in the eyes as if she was afraid of me, well in the way my clothing looks, it's not surprising. It looks like I just escaped from a war. No, actually I think it's because of their adaptation of the world.
"If you are not cautious, you will die"
Not a bad life quote, I could become a great philosopher now. Jokes aside, I have to calm down the situation.
"I'm an innocent human, don't kill me."
OH NO!!! That's definitely more suspecious to say than just being silent. She will definitely take my soul and consume it now! Oh wait! she isn't a demon.
"What is your desire? brat?"
Desire, What is my desire indeed, ever since I died, I never had thought of a new desire.
I thought deeply, as if I was thinking of what should I do whenever I couldn't do my project and tomorrow is the deadline.
I responded to the teenage girl, and she smiled. she introduced herself.
"My name is Shi Akii, Nice to meet you.".

A system notification bar appeared in front of me. It was like a jumpscare, that it kinda chilled me down my spine. The teenage girl is confused why I just did a surprised movement, I guess it's invisible to other people.

Companion? Interesting. It seems this game, no. This world have a very interesting concept of itself.
