Aaron's POV
(Big time skip!)

I wake up to someone poking my side and say without opening my eyes, "Yes, Oreo?" I feel her freeze and pull her back into my chest.

"Can you make me chicken nuggets?" My wife whispers.

"What time is it?" I mumble. Oh, so when she's hungry, you care more about your sleep than her?

She pulls away from my hold, and I hear her slowly get out of bed. I automatically get out of bed and wrap my arms around her waist. "Let's make those chicken nuggets," I say.

I see her grin and can't help but kiss her. She is too cute for her own good.

"Thank you!" She says, tippy-toeing to press her lips on mine. Even though we've kissed millions of times, she still makes my heart flutter.

I hold her hand and lead her down the stairs to the kitchen. She waddles towards a chair and watches me cook her food.

When her chicken nuggets are ready, I hand her the plate with ketchup. I glance at the kitchen clock and see it's 3 am.

I watch her munch on the chicken when I see her make a pained expression. "What's wrong?" I ask, concerned about her and our baby.

"The baby just kicked. Nothing to worry about." She says, continuing to eat her food. Is it normal for it to hurt? I don't know, I've never been pregnant!

When she looks up at me, she says, "You don't have to be worried, Aaron. If there's something wrong, you'll be the first to know."

"Who says I was worried?" I ask, trying to hide my concern.

"Your face." My wife says seriously.

"Well, you can't blame me. I'll always worry about you and our family." I say, shrugging.

She shuffles around the counter and wraps her arms around me. I softly smile at her and cup her face. "I love you," I say, leaning down.

She tries to hide a smile and says, "I love you more."

I still feel giddy when she tells me that, and I press my lips against hers. I feel her smile, and she bites my lip.

When we separate, I rest my forehead against hers and ask, "Are you still hungry?"

"Nope! Thank you for making me chicken nuggets." She says, smiling. God, I love her smile.

"Anything for you," I say, lightly squeezing her waist.

We are walking back up the stairs when I hear a sniffle. I turn around and see my wife tearing up. "What's wrong?" I ask, even more worried.

"You're too good of a husband... I ruin your sleep every time I make you cook me food." She says, frowning. Awww, she's adorable.

I lightly chuckle and say, "I want to make you happy. You deserve the world. Who cares if I lose some sleep? I get to be with you, which makes everything worth it."

She buries her face into my chest, and I wrap my arms around her. "There is nothing you can do that will make me stop loving you," I whisper into her ear.

"I don't know how I'll ever repay you for dealing with me." She murmurs into my chest.

I laugh and play with a strand of her hair. "Is having more kids too much to ask?" I ask teasingly. If she's okay with it, I'm all for it!

She pulls away and lightly punches my arm. We get back under the covers, and she snuggles into my chest. I hold her close, almost scared she'll disappear. After I make sure she feels comfortable in my arms, we shut our eyes.

"Aaron," Oreo whispers.

"Uh-huh?" I ask quietly.

"You're my best friend and the best husband I could ever ask for." She says quietly.

I softly smile and whisper, "I love you with everything I've got."

I hear my wife's alarm go off, and I see her turn it off. She turns around and faces me. "Hi." She says, smiling.

I grin and lean forward to kiss her. "Should I start breakfast?" I murmur against her lips.

"Our kids can wait..." She says, smirking.

I laugh and get on top of her without hurting her. She pulls me down to kiss her, and I pin her wrists above her head. Oh ya, let your children wait a few hours for breakfast.

After strenuous activity in bed and in the shower, my wife and I decide to go downstairs. "Gutom na ako." Our five-year-old daughter, Reyna, says. (I'm hungry.)

"Bacon!" Our three-year-old son, Jay, short for Joseph, says.

Oreo laughs and says, "Good morning to you guys too."

"You guys want bacon and pancakes?" I ask.

They both nod, and I look at my wife, who's grinning. We leave our kids in the living room and head to the kitchen. While my wife starts to mix the pancake batter, I begin to cook the bacon.

"You are perfect," I say, kissing her forehead.

She wraps her arms around me and says, "Impossible."

I chuckle and say, "Fine. You might have some flaws." She scoffs and pretends to be offended. "But you're perfectly imperfect to me," I say, grinning like a fool. I love happy endings.
