Turn around now,
And watch me burn
As I engulf my shadows
And drown you out.Pain isn't real anymore;
Neither are you.
But this broken spirit tries to reach out again,
From within this cave of doom.A shallow creature in the deepest ocean,
I struggle and swim to find a shore,
But my demons try to drag me down again,
And I always give up and let go.Desperation at its behest- names me in obscurity,
Confrontation, another lie,
For I shove my sword into its heart
And bid my last goodbyeYou have showed compassion in the darkest of my times,
Been there eternally, by my side,
Failure does not haunt me much now,
For you always hold my hand, to give another try.~Broken-hearted Beggar
