Clay, heading home by bicycle, is intentionally hit by a car, an incident that results in minor injuries. He visits Skye in the hospital, and she breaks up with him. Clay and Alex try to encourage Jessica to reveal the information about Bryce in court, but she fails to do so after seeing some incriminating pictures of her on the board of a classroom. Then Olivia asks if she's the girl on box 9, but Jessica doesn't answer. After finding out that Jessica has had contact with Justin, Clay finds him on a street in Oakland, with Tony's help. Without another option, Clay lets Justin stay with him in the room. Skye's parents move her to a psychiatric clinic and tell Clay not to contact her anymore. Tyler meets Cyrus' friends, and Bryce is required to testify.
