⛈change up your hair (sleeping on a sick pillowcase can help with keeping it soft)
⛈get a good amount of sleep 8+ hours ( something i need to start doing cause i be up till 5am for absolutely no reason)
⛈practice some new makeup looks
⛈have a balanced diet (doesn't mean you have to eat healthy just balance out your intake on each of the food groups)
⛈create a hair care routine
⛈update your playlists
