Kay's POV

I couldn't believe everything that jus happened! I never say Aug or Aj get like that! And it hurts me because I don't want me and augs problems to interfere with Augs relationship with his son I swear when me and aug argue I always try to keep our kids outta that shit but this time it got outta hand! That was the first time outta our whole relationship that I feared my husband was gonna put his hands on me...😔

I went downstairs to get some water and Aj was down there cleaning up the glass from the broken door he looked at me and gave me a small smile

Kay- Yu didn't have to do that beybe I was gonna clean it up

Aj- nah ma I got it Yu go lay down get off ya feet okay?

Kay- Beybe... He's still your fatha ion want chall relationship changing because of stuff me and him go threw

Aj- listen ma Yu gotta undastand... I know he's my pops and all but you're my mother my job is to protect Yu from anything and anybody! I really thought my pops was gonna do something crazy to Yu!

Kay- I know... he got outta character but we know your daddy would never hurt me...

Aj- Yea... Well I know I'm not supposed to get in grown folks business but I hope Yu and pops work that stuff out... and I'm sorry for cussin earlier Ma he jus had me soo fired up! Seein Yu scared like that really got me upset and I jus immediately went into attack mode not really thinking....

I looked at him and gave him a small smile

Kay- I know beybe...

He went back to cleaning the glass up and when he was done I put some tape to cover the holes until tomorrow and with that we went back upstairs I checked on the boys and gladly they slept threw everything. Aj sat up with me until we both fell asleep.

*4 days later*

It's been 4 days since I heard from aug idk where he's stayin or where he's been the boys asked about him and I honestly ain't know what to say! I shouldn't have to lie to my children...so I jus said he went away for some time😔the door is fixed so that's one problem gone I guess...

I was in my room tryna repair the hole August put in my damn wall🙄 I heard foot steps coming towards the room and when I turned around he was walking threw the door I immediately gaged and covered my nose he smelled like nothing but sweat and alcohol his eyes were red and baggy asf  he flopped on the bed and I rolled my eyes at him

Kay- uh uh I jus changed my damn sheets August get up off bed bruh

Aug- I'm bouta leave anyways I came to pack my shit I'm done witcho ass girl

Kay- done with me?

Aug- what chu don't understand? I'm divorcing yo ass! Yu turned my damn kids against me they won't even speak to me!

Kay- NO! YU THE ONE THAT ACTED LIKE AN ASSHOLE AND YA SON HAD TA CHECK YU! YOURE THE REASON YA KIDS WONT TALK TA YU

Aug- Listen I don't care like I said I'm hea ya pack my shit I'm done! Yu really crossed the line with this one

He got up and walked to the closet I followed him and watched him pack his stuff

Kay- so where Yu been stayin?

Aug- none of ya business don't worry bout it we done

Kay- hmm... ya new bitch huh?
