"So... we aren't going to talk about it?" Chenle asked breaking the silence that seemed to fall over the dorm and the boys.

"What do you mean?" Doyoung asked not knowing what the younger specifically meant while also trying to shut down a conversation that seemed to be personal to Ten and Rosa.

"He means someone that we barley know coming into the dorm at 3am and having a full break down for reasons unknown." Donghyuk replied looking at the girl as was fast asleep with her head on Ten's lap.

Johnny looked at the girl with worry in his expression before looking at Haechan and slightly glaring. "She is someone you barley know." As if that wasn't enough the younger could feel Taeyong slap the back of his head while walking around the couch to with a grey blanket.

"Johnny is right. We have to remember that she is Ten's sister and that she also provides us with friendship and a nice place to eat." The leader turned to the worried Thai with the blanket outstretched "She said she was cold."

An exasperated sigh escaped Ten's lips as he smiled at the leader's kindness. "Thank you but that's not what she meant."

"Ok." He replied curious yet not wanting to pry into someone else's business. He took a seat next to Jaehyun on the couch.

"I'm saying this because I know she sees you guys as my family. She wouldn't want me to keep you in the dark about it." Ten said with a small smile looking down at his sibling.

"It started in high school. We thought it was a phase... I thought it was a phase." He started slowly while the other's listened out of worry or pure curiosity. "She was always really good at making friends but she never really wanted to date anyone... at least that's what she told us."

"I think.." He clenched his jaw. He could almost feel her pain yet all he could do was watch it hurt her. "She was so hurt after her mother's death that she built her walls too high. She wanted to keep everyone at arms length so that they couldn't break her heart again, but you just can't do that with love. When she finally realized that... she was too broken to find her missing piece." He said looking around the room with shiny eyes.

The room was silent. No one wanted to speak. What would even say after something like that? Instead, they all looked at the peacefully sleeping girl. Ten looked at her and he didn't know what to say after that... but it seemed like someone else did.

"Just because she's broken doesn't mean she isn't whole."
