Three month have passed since the very first time Kaido arrived at the facility, inside both Haruka and him learned that after their arrival here they will get to be taught by scientist in this room

They don't even know if this was even needed as one of the process of removing their Esper powers but they nonetheless did so

They have undergone numerous quizzes and test of knowledge multiple times, each situated for the improvement of their understanding on their powers

During those days in between, they also got to experience being taught by a burly and masculine teacher, who taught them about hand combat and most of the times made them take a course run around the city plus difficult obstacles

They even remembered the time Haruka puke her breakfast due to the stress of the course run, thus ending her with a penalty 30 laps around the whole track

To make sure that she wouldn't get disheartened, Kaido tried to negotiate with their teacher or instructor which ended up with a punch straight to his face and a lap of 50 around the track

Since this was the case Haruka was enlightened that she wasn't alone in partaking the penalty and was somehow regretful for the fact that Kaido tried to save her, but in the end after she finished her penalty run, she kept cheering for Kaido until he passed out from heat and exhaustion

In concern Haruka rushes up near him and supported his head as she assured him in drinking a cold water, after that she fanned him wildly until he cooled down, when he cooled down, she helped him by carrying him over back to his room

Along the way Aaron saw Haruka supporting an overheated Kaido, and in order to gain affectionate points (according to him), he took Kaido off of her and carried Kaido to his room to have him rest

But during their travel, Kaido somehow noticed gazes from a certain direction which is aimed towards Haruka, this in turn made him feel uneasy but later on this also made h sleepy for some reason

After that incident both Kaido and Haruka have a determined expression on their faces, which made them appalling

That time their instructor taught them hand to hand combat and made them fight against each other

Unexpectedly Kaido and Haruka was partnered differently which made the latter have a quite disadvantageous position since her Esper powers isn't combat type

Of course the result was obvious she gets beaten up which made her feel really bad about it, luckily Kaido finally was able to apply regeneration on other too but only a small of time per day since this requires intense concentration

Following that a week has passed when the instructor personally have a hand to hand combat against his students and the very unlucky person to get picked was him

At the start of the match Kaido tried his best to hit the instructor but his attack somehow either repelled or gets blocked, when the instructor tried to attack however his defenses was easily broken through as he was punched right in the gut, followed by a series of left and right punches with a straight right punch to the face, after that he also got kicked to his side which ache his body and got done in by a mere axe drop

During those exchange the one who somehow felt hurt the most was Haruka as if she could feel what Kaido felt during those times, she even telepathically warned him not to get up but in the end he still got up on his feet

At this the instructor was surprised for his courage thus he told his class

"Looks like even I forgot the very important thing about combat"
