The sacral chakra is responsible for our creativity, sexual energy, and how we relate to our emotions and others.
It's the second Chakra, positioned above the Root Chakra in the pelvic area, below your belly button.

Motivated by pleasure and joy, the sacral chakra is the driving force for your enjoyment of life. When your sacral chakra is balanced, it enables you to feel and experience life to its fullness. As the center of passion, your sacral chakra awakens your power of creation. This allows you to discover what you truly enjoy and create intimate relationships.

The sacral chakra is the driving force of your enjoyment of life. When balanced, it makes you feel and experience life at its fullest.

When unbalanced however, it often detached you from your emotions and those around you.

Signs you have a blockage in your Sacral Chakra:

Fear of Pleasure

Lack of Creativity

Feel Fatigued

How To Open the Sacral Chakra

Burn Svadhisthana incense and essential oils. Aromatherapy has powerful healing properties that can restore feelings of sensuality and creativity.

Repeat positive affirmations about sensuality and creativity.

Practice postures that stabilize the sacral chakra.

Reconnect with Water.

•Listen to Sacral Chakra healing frequencies


•Do a guided meditation

•While meditating, visualize a orange sphere of light in the sacral area, and as you breath in imagine it expanding, and as you breath out, imagine that bright orange light going through every cell of your body. And repeat this. + Add affirmations

•Chant the VANG mantra while meditating
