Here's an easy meditation technique for beginners:
🌺You may sit on the meditation position, or simply sit on a chair, or couch, or wherever, in a comfortable position.
🌺Close your eyes. Relax every muscle in your body.
🌺Then slowly, breath in, and then breath out. Focus on your breathing.
🌺As you do this, rather than trying to control your thoughts and forcing yourself to think about nothing at all, try to observe your thoughts. Let them come in, and then let them go. Let them flow.
🌺Don't forget about your breathing.
