• 1 cup of hot water (not boiling)
• 2 tablespoons of epsom salts
• 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
• 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel
• 1/2 teaspoon of conditioner
• optional - a few drops of essential
oil or a spray of perfume so it smells
good
• a spray bottle
1) put all the ingredients
into the spray bottle and just
shake it up
P. S : the sea salt spray will last
in the bottle for 3-4 months
