im not sure whos still following along with this journal, but hello. im really really sorry for never posting here, but its because i have nothing to post. no progress, since i havent even been trying to shift. good news is, im here to say that im not ending this book yet because in the future i know i will attempt shifting again. its just that im honestly not in a good place right now, so i have no time or motivation to shift. i even forget about it a lot and it is no longer a priority of mine. that being said, this book will only be complete when i see fit - most likely if ive given up on shifting or i have no more advice to add after successfully shifting. i promise i will update you all once i start attempting shifting, however long that might be.
