AFTER A LITTLE WHILE. While we were outside we heard something running fast in the woods
"Vladimir, Stefan, you're a long way from home." Carlisle stated
"What are they doing here?" Kate whispered to Carlisle
"We heard the Volturi were moving against you. But that you would not stand alone." Vladimir stated
"We didn't do what we were accused of." Carlisle stated to them
Jasper snakes his arm around my waist bring me closer towards him
"We do not care what you did, Carlisle." Vladimir stated to Carlisle
"We have been waiting a millennium for the Italian scum to be challenged." Stefan stated
"It's not our plan to fight the Volturi." Carlisle informed
"Shame. Aro's witness will be so disappointed." Vladimir stated
"They enjoy a good fight." Stefan chuckled
Both Vladimir and Stefan scoff
"Aro's witnesses?" Eleazar questioned
"Aww. Still hoping they'll listen." Vladimir questioned
after speaking with Vladimir and Stefan, the rest of us all headed back to the cullen's house were we are all sat in the living discussing Aro. Me and Jasper are sat at one of the many couch's in the house. I laid my head on his shoulder
"When Aro wants someone from a coven it's never long before evidence turns up proving that coven committed some crime." Eleazar stated
"So he's done this before?" I asked him
"It happens so rarely, I never realized it was a pattern." Eleazar stated to me
"Apparently he always has an ability. And there always given a place with the guard." Eleazar stated to us
"This is all about Alice and Delilah. He has no one like them." Edward looked up at me as I looked at him worriedly
"Why is why she left." Bella stated
"Why does he need witnesses?" Emmett asked
"To spread the word that justice has been served. After he slaughters an entire coven," Alistair stated
"Benjamin, Tia, we're leaving." Amun stated to Benjamin
"And where will you go? What makes you think they'll be satisfied with Alice and Delilah? What's to stop them from going after Benjamin next? Or Zafrina or Kate or anyone else with a gift? Anyone they want. Their goal isn't punishment, it's power. Its acquisition. Carlisle might not ask you to fight, but I will. For the sake of my family. But also for yours. And for the way you want to live." Edward stated
I smiled and stood up
"I'm with you." I smiled at him as Jasper stood up with me
Jacob stands
"The packs will fight. We've never been afraid of vampires." Jacob stated
The Delani's stand
"We will fight." Tanya stated
Garrett stands
"This won't be the first time I fought a kings rule." Garrett stated
Benjamin stands up
"We'll join you." Benjamin told Edward
"No."
"I will do the right thing, Amun. You may do as you please." Benjamin stated to Amun
"We will stand with you." Senna told us
"So will we." Siobhan told us
The other vampires start to step forward
"That didn't take much." Vladimir stated
"Let's hope it doesn't come to that." Edward hoped
"We'll see." Alistair told him
Everyone showed courage. Though we knew that Aro's army was moving against us. Soon we would face the dark gifts of Jane, and worse. The paralyzing vapor of her brother Alec who could rob you of sight, sound and touch.
After the whole big speech, me and Jasper were in the kitchen talking away from all the other vampires when Bella and Edward came up to us
"Can we talk to you guys?" Bella asked us
"Of course." I smiled at then
Bella and Edward looks at each other
I look at Jasper
"What's wrong?" Jasper asked the couple in front of us
"We were...." Bella trialed off not knowing how to word it
"We were wondering if you guys would be Renesmee's god parents?" Edward asked us
I gasped
"Really?" I asked them and they nodded
"Yes." Me and Jasper said
"Look, I know Renesmee will always have Jacob but if anything happens to us on that battle field when we fight the Volturi, we need you guys to look after her along side Jacob." Bella told us
"We understand. We will protect her with our lives. We promise to be there for her, whenever she need us." I stated to them
They smile and walk away hand and hand. I look at Jasper and smile as I lean my head on his, softly chuckling
