Why is red so dark and mysterious
Yet so lovely and affectionate?
Pretty hearts on that holiday
Showing love like it doesn't exist any other day.
Blood flowing onto that wooden floor
From the body hidden behind the door.
It's all the first color of the magical rainbow
The color of a devil with a halo
With it you love
Without it you no longer live...
