Randhir pecked her hair before closing eyes.

Where as in India it was 8:30 AM in the morning.
Randhir's phone buzzed.
Sanyukta's sleep got disturbed
"Randhir your phone is ringing...pick it up" She mumbled in sleep
"Randhir..." She tapped lightly on his bare chest
"Hmmm..." He responded
"Phone is ringing" She said
"Whose it now?" He moved a bit to grab his phone from corner table
He rubbed his eyes to see the name of caller.
"Dad..." He mumbled
He swiped the screen
"Hello Randhir" came Harsh's voice
"Dad..." He said
"Randhir...I...called you...for" Harsh fumbled
"What happened Dad?" Randhir got tensed a bit.
"Is Sanyukta with you?" Harsh asked
"Yes..." Randhir replied
"Please usko sambhalo...and come back to India" Harsh said
"What's wrong Dad" Randhir moved a bit.
Sanyukta's head touched the pillow.
Randhir covered her properly and got up wearing his trousers.
"Dad Kya hua hai?" Randhir said
"Randhir, Kishore got a severe heart attack last night...and...and he is no more" Harsh broke into tears
"What...?" This came like biggest shock for him
"Yes Randhir...he..is no more" "Please you both come back to India" "And...Sanyukta ko sambhalo Randhir...she needs you" Harsh said
Randhir turned to look at her
She was sleeping peacefully with that beautiful smile on her face
"Come soon Randhir" Harsh said and disconnected the call
Randhir's eyes welled up
"Sanyukta..." His heart cried
She lost his mother and now father too.
"How will I tell her now?" He thought
She will be broken
She will be devasted
"Why her?" "Why her god?" "Why she has to suffer so much?" "Kya galati hai uski" "Kyu ho raha yeh sab" "She don't deserve all this" "God...why her?" "Give all her pain to me..." "Give all her sorrows to me...and give my life and my happiness to her"
"Please...she shouldn't be at losing end"
Randhir mumbled
He booked their tickets and started packing their stuffs
He packed their bags.
And now it was time to wake her up and give this news to her.
He went to her and caress her hair
