Chapter 6 - Different...

Savitar brought the unconscious Barry to Star labs and tried his best to remember back to his recollection of these events and couldn't remember anything, all he could remember was one name...Devoe. "hey you alright?" The soft, feminine voice broke Savitar from his thoughts as he looked up to see Caitlin with a look of worry flash across her face, he shook his head lightly "Its nothing, don't worry" he told her bluntly, she wanted to push even further but then Iris ran through the entrance noticing Savitar there and immediately stopped and looked towards him in horror "Savitar!?...Dad really? First Caitlin now him?" She exclaimed as Joe and Wally walked through the same entrance "Relax Iris, we're trusting Caitlin on this" Joe stated calmly. Iris scoffed "yeah, trust the ice bitch that nearly killed all of us that would really turn out well" she shouted as she started walking towards back through the entrance. Savitar sped in front of her and stopped her in her tracks "don't you dare blame Caitlin for what I made her do, she was like that because of me and unless you want your finance to go back into the speed force I would suggest that you shut your mouth Iris...and quickly." He exclaimed threateningly, Iris was in shock to say anything so she turned away from him and walked deeper into the cortex noticing Barry sat in the corner of the med bed, doodling some symbols on the wall and muttering to himself. Iris and the rest of the team looked on in surprise, happiness and shock. "Barry..." Iris spoke out breathlessly, this made everyone turn their heads to look at Barry who was now turning his head slowly to look at them all. Him and all of team flash smiled happily, Savitar watched in shock seeing how nothing bad happened until..."the stars are raining...draining, paining, too soon I think, maybe later I'm not hungry..." Barry told them all, looking straight at Joe "he didn't do them things, he didn't hurt my mom I was there that night there was a man, plan...no plan" he breathed out, choking a sob and slightly chuckled "we're gonna need more diapers" he smirked, Savitar looked at the now broken man seeing how this wasn't even how he came out the speed force, they must've done something "Heh...diapers!" Cisco chuckled softly "you keep drawing buddy, keep drawing I'm gonna figure this all out" he told Barry, as he rubbed his head, moaning painfully, continuing to draw his symbols "Caitlin?...Savitar?" Joe asked quietly "I don't know..." Caitlin said worryingly as Savitar shrugged truthfully, not knowing how he became so...damaged. Barry laughed lightly as Iris asked "guys can we have the room for a second?" Everyone nodded sympathetically and walked past her out of the med bay, but Iris stopped Savitar slightly by grabbing his arm, he looked at her, suspiciously "you want to help, tell me this...is he going to be ok? and don't lie to me!" Iris asked demandingly, Savitar thought for a second "I can't remember any of this happening, nor can I tell you a definative answer...but if he's the man you claim him to be, he'll get through it" Savitar told her the truth grudgingly, brushing her hand off his shoulder and walked back to the others as Iris went to talk to Barry.

Savitar POV
I saw the others waiting for me "what did she tell you?" Joe asked quietly, I breathed in sharply "she asked me wether or not he'll be ok...I told her the truth and said I don't know, because all these events, never happened in my timeline" I explained and everyone nodded sympathetically "Guys?" Iris called out to us, just then Barry came running into the cortex and full speed, hitting everyone down "vibe him to the pipeline!" Iris called out "I can't he's too fast!" Cisco yelled back "I'll catch him" I exclaimed, running full speed to catch him, not getting close enough, just then I turn my back running the other way, and kicking Barry the second he comes close, I go behind him, getting him in a full Nelson as Barry struggled against me, flipping me around, throwing me at a wall, just then I hear the sound of a blaster going off to then cracking ice, I look up to see Caitlin with an ice gun "expecting someone else?" She smirked, eluding to Frost "we've got to get him in a containment cell immediately" Joe called out, as we all got up from the ground.
