So, today, like I said, I have a calorie goal of 800 or less.
B: none
L: Caramel frappe, non-fat non-whip, tall (180 cal)
D: ?? (it's not dinner time yet)

I took the dog for a walk, burned 221 calories so I'm currently in negative calories, hopefully dinner will go well and I won't have to eat much. Hopefully whatever I eat won't be homemade so I know the calorie content 😬.

I stopped at the store and got some laxatives. I've heard they help you lose weight? How does that work? It appears to me that they only make you poo? someone please inform me.
