YES I managed to skip dinner, so here's my day:

L: gyro sandwich (486 cals)
caramel frappe non-fat no whip (180 cal)
D: none
Exercise: 150 min (burned 553 cal)
Total cals consumed: 113 YES 🎊I'm still fat though. I did well today but tomorrow I have to do better.
