Rose's P.O.V

I sighed as soon as I was in my bedroom. I wasn't sure of what stuff to take with me, since there were some things that I didn't need and it would take me a lot of time to take all of the things here. Not that I had a lot of stuff or something, but it was still difficult to pick what I needed or not. Anyways, I went towards my closet and started with my clothes.

I picked some of my favourite outfits and some oversized clothes. While I was packing my caps, bandannas and headbands in my backpack, my eyes landed on my favourite pair of shoes. I picked them up along with two other pairs, including them in my luggage.

Leaving the closet after I had packed everything I needed there, I went towards my shelves of books. I picked a lot of the books kept there and left some, as I didn't need them.

After getting all of my important stuff here, I left the bedroom and went to look for some other important stuff in my living room and kitchen. After getting whatever I needed there, I left the apartment and locked it. I told the police to wait while I went to the landlord's apartment and gave her the keys, telling her that I was leaving. She seemed a little sad and gave me a box of chocolate sweets as a farewell gift. I received it and thanked her.

We left the building and got in the police car along with my luggage.

The drive was an hour long until we pulled up to the airport and I got out, taking my luggage out, too. They told me that my ticket would be with the receptionist. I got my ticket and went on the plane.

I was in the airplane right now. The plane had taken off an hour ago. I put my headphones on, played the song 'Hold on' by Chords Overstreet and closed my eyes, eventually falling asleep.

I opened my eyes and checked the time. A few hours had passed and the plane was about to land. It wasn't morning yet.

The plane landed and everyone, including me got out. I started walking out of the airport with my luggage when I saw a black shiny limousine there.

I was about to walk away when the guard waiting outside the car called me.

I went up to him and stopped. He was around 40, I guess with perfectly combed greyish black hair and dark brown eyes. He was wearing a well ironed black suit and well polished black shoes.

"My name is Luke. Your father, Mr. Robert has told me to pick you up." He said in a professional way.

I didn't say anything back. He then opened the car door for me. I put my luggage in and then, got in myself.

He started the engine and we drove away from the airport. I sat there silently, listening to music.

The whole drive was silent which was good. An hour later, we pulled up to the huge mansion. The mansion was still the same as it was all those years ago. Beautiful and different from all the other houses around here.

I got out of the car, took out my luggage and walked towards the front gate, guarded by two men.

One of them opened it and I walked through the front path. As soon as I reached the huge entrance double door, the guards standing on both sides opened it for me and I went inside. As I was walking through the hall, a tall guy stopped me.

Oh yeah. Here we go.

"So, you're back. Back in our lives. You didn't change a bit. Still the same tomboy disgrace." Damien said and I took out my headphones.

I didn't say anything. The other three came there and just stood there, staring at us. He kept staring at me while I put my headphones around my neck.

He got angry and slapped me hard on my left cheek. I lifted my head up a bit and looked him in the eye.

"You should try harder next time." I told him and walked away.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a glass, filling it with water. As I took a sip, I heard footsteps approaching me.

I turned around to see David. Not minding him, I drank all the water and turned back around, and was about to leave when he stopped me.

"You really got the guts to come back." He said calmly, anger still evident in his tone.

"I didn't come here willingly. I was invited." I replied before walking past him and leaving the kitchen.

I was walking upstairs when a maid came in my way, saying that she'd take my luggage up to my room.

As soon as we approached the door, I told her to put the luggage down and she did so, leaving shortly after. Then, I turned back to my old room and sighed.

I went inside with my luggage and locked the door behind. It was still the same. Not a single object was changed in here, except the fact that it was clean.

I sighed again and started unpacking my luggage. I went inside my walk-in closet and put my clothes in order of colour, which was one of my habits on their rightful places. After I was done there, I came back inside my room and put my other belongings to where they should be.

It took me an hour to place everything where it belonged and now, I was done. I went to the bathroom with some clothes and took a quick, hot shower.

Coming out of the bathroom, I went towards my dressing table and picked my hair dryer up. I dried my hair and brushed it. After that, I turned off the lights and went towards my bed. I sat down on it and rested my head on the headboard. I switched the lamp on my nightstand on and grabbed a book that was lying beside it. Since, I wasn't feeling sleepy and wanted to kill my time, I decided to read some of its pages.

After reading for what felt like an hour or so, my eyes we're getting heavy, so I put the book back on the nightstand and laid down on the bed, going under the blankets. Switching the lamp off, I closed my eyes and waited for sleep to take over.

Better be ready to live the old life, but with a new twist.
