"How much is this painting?" a man asked.

"Twenty dollars," I said taking it off of the wall to show him.

The door opened and Finn walked in.

He smiled at me as he came over.

"Don't you think that's a little over priced?"

"Well sir," Finn said. "Look at the detail and the color. To the naked and untrained eye it looks like a sunset over an ocean, but if you really look it's...something..." Finn was struggling.

"A well trained artist could only do. I think it's a bargain," I chimed in.

"Yeah, because in a few years it will be worth hundred," Finn finished.

"Really?" the man said smiling at my work.

"Yeah," Finn said.

"Then I'll pay fifty for it along with this picture of the tulips on the desk. The black and white one,"

I grinned. "Thank you," I said getting the picture for him. "Go to the cashier and tell him that the sunset if fifty and the tulips are twenty."

"Thank you," the man said.

"No, thank you,"

Finn wrapped his arms around me. "You're welcome,"

"You're such a hustler," I laughed.

"You were sinking, I had to help,"

"Thanks, but I was fine. You totally bull shitted him,"

"Yeah well, anything for my girl,"

"I'm not-"

"Yes you are," he said in my ear then kissed my neck.

I pulled away from him and walked over to my desk. "What do you want?"

"It's one o'clock, babe,"

"Oh shit, I forgot,"

"I know, ready?"

"Yeah, sure. Let me just get my things. I'm going to the bakery afterwards,"

"I'll be there at six,"

I smiled. "I'll still be there,"

I grabbed my things and we left the studio.

"How's the lawyer life?" I asked him as we got in his car.

"Busy," he said. "I would have had a case but no, they want amidation,"

"Why?"

"It's a money thing. My boss thinks that the case will do better with amidation. I think other wise,"

"Sorry,"

"You win some you lose some. How's Derek?"

I rolled my eyes. "New topic,"

"Why?"

"He's mad at me for not wanting kids,"

"Sorry,"

I shrugged. "He'll get over it".

We reached the Little Café and Finn and I walked into the café.

We took a window seat and look at the menu.

"Remember the last time we were here? I was babysitting you,"

"No babysitting, looking after," I corrected.

"Whatever, I just remember looking at you and thinking how hot you were. I wanted to do naughty thing with you,"

"Gross,"
