You were told one day that some woman wanted to take scorpius out of school
You were confused was it Narcissa? Draco hadn't told you that Narcissa was coming to take scorpius out of school, and you really couldn't think of anyone but Narcissa
You walk to where they said the woman was and see Astoria
"Oh you." Astoria says and you sigh
"So you wanna take Scorpius out of school? Do you permission from his legal guardian?" You ask and Astoria was shocked at what you just said
"I'm his mother! You know who I am and know that, your making up rules because you don't want me around my son, let me guess Draco put you up to it." Astoria says and you shake your head
"No it's a rule that's been around since before you've went to Hogwarts." You say and Astoria frowns
"Let me speak to the headmistress." She says and you roll your eyes
"Ok, but from the people that can take scorpius out of school is Draco, Narcissa and Lucius your not on the list." You say as you take her to your office then get Mcgonagall
Which Astoria saw one of Dracos rings on your desk, it was obviously his since it had his family's crest on it
But you walk back with Mcgonagall and you tell her what's going on
"Yes sorry but only legal guardians can take the children out of school, or people the legal guardian has given permission to, which are scorpius's grandparents." Mcgonagall says reading the paper you gave her
"I'm not making things up all because I'm dating Draco, my relationship comes second when I'm at my job." You say and Astoria mentions his ring
"Yeah then why is his ring here?" Astoria asks and you look at it
"What about it? He comes an visits me and he left it here, like he can visit me as long as I'm not distracted from my job, honestly other professors spouses come to see them, Draco is no different." You say and Astoria frowns
"Well scorpius is my son so I should be able to take him out of school for the day if I want." Astoria says and you sigh
"You'd have to get Dracos permission." Mcgonagall says and Astoria didn't look happy
You just sit at your desk
"We will write a letter to Draco and ask him if you can, I'm sorry but rules are rules." Mcgonagall says and you nod
"Then get Draco here I need to speak with him." Astoria says and you nod your doing a lot of nodding, but you don't know what else to do, like you really don't wanna deal with your boyfriends ex wife like it's awkward
"I'll do it like he'll come without even reading the letter, all he needs to do is see my handwriting then he'll appear in a second." You say and Astoria scoffs as she rolls her eyes
She really didn't like you
"But I can already guess what he's gonna say but I can still ask for him to come." You say as Astoria glares at you, she was acting like Draco cheated on her with you, which no Draco may have been a bully and a lot of other not so great things, but he's never been a cheater
You just write the letter then apperate it to him and In seconds Draco was behind you kissing your neck and you giggle a bit
"So why you want me here beautiful." Draco says and you make him look up
Dracos eyes widen seeing Mcgonagall
"Oh professor Mcgonagall you needed to see me? Oh no whatever scorpius did I'll pay for the damages." Draco says and you laugh as you then make Draco look at Astoria
Which he immediately wasn't happy and looked so not happy she's in the same room as him
"My day has been ruined seeing you." Draco says and Astoria was shocked
"I see what y/n meant yes I see his answer already." Mcgonagall says and you nod like Draco hates her, like if she died he'd probably laugh when he heard, like she really broke him and now he's over it and all that love he felt has turned into hate
"Wow, anyways apparently I'm not a legal guardian for my son? And I wanna take him out of school." Astoria says and Draco was shocked
"Uh well in our divorce I got full custody of scorpius, and you were removed as a legal guardian for scorpius, and also your not taking scorp out of school." Draco says and Astoria wasn't happy at all hearing Dracos answer
Draco grabs your hand to try and calm himself down knowing he'd get angry soon
"Look scorpius doesn't even remember you, so what's the point? He doesn't know you your a stranger to him, so your not taking my son out of school ever, the only people allowed to do that is me, my mom and my dad, and once I marry y/n then she can do that." Draco says and you nod but then stop wait what? When he marries who now? Excuse me? What did he just say?
Mcgonagall then says well then that's that
"Ok well then Draco says no he's legal guardian on the paperwork we have to listen to him." Mcgonagall says as Draco kisses you and you kiss him back
"Oh right you forgot your ring." You say and Draco takes it and puts it on your finger then kisses the ring
"Keep it safe for me beautiful." Draco says and Astoria was shocked he never even let her wear it, but here he is putting it on your finger
"Oh ok." You say as Mcgonagall left and Mcgonagall brought Astoria with her As Draco and you just kissed as she was being dragged out
*I do wonder why Astoria suddenly wanted to take scorpius out of school, like it's been 4 years and she hasn't once contacted scorpius, like she finds out I'm with y/n and suddenly Astoria is trying to get close to Scorpius and get back with me, I don't want her in my life anymore I just want her out of my life forever*
