it'd been a year since then, and i had just turned 15.
my father had gotten tired of how much money i spent, so, he cut me off. which is why i got a job babysitting jamie, while his mom worked.
"jamie, be careful!" i called out to him.

"all right!" caleb, jamie's friend, called.
"yeah!" claude cheered. "snow day!"
