All the kids are at the daycare are having fun some are painting, some playing games, some are playing with toys, and some are trying to read. There are three kids who are sitting in front of their white canvas as they paint happily
"Tae-tae I really like your painting. It's cool" the little five year old girl said to the seven year old boy
"Thank you, Y/n. I like yours too. It's pretty" the seven year old boy said and smiles to the little girl name Y/n
She smiles happily "Thank you, tae tae" she said
The boy nods and goes back to painting and they continue painting
"I like yours, Jungkook. It's so cool" she said to other boy who is five years old and named Jungkook
He blushes a little and smiles "Th-thank you Y/n. Yours is pretty" he said
She blushes and smiles little "Th-thank you" she said
The first boy smiles as they continue painting "What do you two want to be when you grow up?" the little boy asked them
The two little children smile and get excited when asked that question "I want to be a businessman like my daddy" Jungkook said
"I want to be a fashion designer like my mommy" Y/n said
"What about you Tae?" Jungkook asked
"I want to be a detective like from the movies and tv shows" Taehyung said
"That's so cool" Jungkook said
"Yeah you can fight bad guys" Y/n said
"Yeah" Taehyung said
Jungkook goes over to Y/n's painting and looks at the flower she's painting
"You add some blue, it will look more pretty" he said
She shakes her head "No thank you. I don't want blue" she said and smiles cutely
He doesn't listen to her and paints some blue with his brush on her flower and she gasps
"See better" he said and walks away like nothing
"You mess it up!" Y/n said upset and grabs her brush and goes to paint on Jungkook's painting the color purple
"No!" he said upset and throws paint from his brush on her
She does the same and next thing the two of them are covered in paint and the daycare teacher arrives with Taehyung who called her
"Y/n, Jungkook what did you two do? What happened?" she asked concerned and shocked at the same time
"He/She started it!" they both yelled angrily at the same while pointing their index fingers at each other
That's where it all began for the weird rivalry between Y/n and Jungkook, they never thought after that day they would be consistent in each other lives. Without them realizing it they became to be a huge apart of each other lives and it will be the best feeling.
Y/N POV
I'm at my locker taking my stuff out when my best friends; Lisa and Rose approach me smiling
"Hey bestie" they both said smiling and I can tell they are excited about something
"Hey guys. What's got you all smiley this morning" I said and chuckle
"Soobin told me he likes me and asked me out on a date tonight. We're going on date and I'm so happy" Lisa said
"Kai did the same to me, he likes me and asked me out. We're going on a date tonight too" Rose said smiling
I smile happy for my best friends, they have had feelings for Soobin and Kai since middle school.
"I'm so happy for you guys, hope you have a good time on your dates" I said
"Thank you bestie" Lisa said
"Thank you girl" Rose said and looks over my shoulder "Oh Y/n your lover boy is here" she said smirking
Lisa smirks too "He's looking at you" she said
I turn around and I see him. Jeon Jungkook walking through the hallways and looks at me and rolls his eyes before going towards his lockers.
I roll my eyes too and scoff "Loverboy? Yeah whatever" I said and continue taking and putting stuff in my locker
Jungkook and I are polar opposites of each other but somehow are similar. Every since we were kids we have disagreed and pull pranks on each other and we're like being competitive and I love to beat him and it makes me happy to see his face when I do.
"When are you two are ever going to get admit you love each other and get together?" Lisa said smiling
"Seriously like we all know you two love each other" Rose said
"Wow, wow. Who did anything about love? I don't have any feelings for him, not even love. It's hate and nothing more, we will never be in love. Ugh" I said and close my locker "Come on lets get to class" I said and sigh walking away
Jungkook POV
After Y/n looks at me I just roll my eyes at her and go to my locker. Y/n and I are have never gotten along since we were kids, our moms and dads are friends. We tolerate being around each other, but we're not friends.
"Dude why can't you just admit that you and Y/n have a thing for each other and get together?" Taehyung said
"Yeah it's obvious to every one but you two got a thing for each other" Jimin said
"I can see you two together in love, that would be so cute" Taehyung said and smiles as does Jimin
I scoff "Me and Y/n? In love? Nah dude that only happens in movies when two people go from enemies to lovers. We're not in love and never will be" I said and close my locker "We're late for class lets go" I said walking away
As if things couldn't get worse today with Y/n, our science teacher pairs us up as partners to work on a project great.
After class Y/n and I are walking down the hallway together
"So I'll meet you at your house to work on the project" I said
"Yeah don't be late. I don't want to spend time with you more than I have to" she said
"Yeah okay" I said before walking away from her
