You had a few more unsuccessful attempts of trying to change Dracos mind

"Work on advertising your shop that's way better than fucking yourself with 20 markers because a stranger asked you to," Draco says as and you sigh

"I know but it's worth the money, star, gem and Leo won't stay babies forever and you need to spend time with them, not spend most of your time at work." You say fed up and Draco sighs

"Isn't there something better?" Draco asks and you shrug

"None that come to mind." You say and Draco sighs

"We're not gonna talk about this anymore tonight." Draco says and you nod as Draco walks off to wake up star from her nap

When Draco said not anymore he meant until Christmas was over

And scorpius was back to Hogwarts

Because each time you tried to bring it up Draco would sigh and walk off pretending he didn't hear you when he obviously did

So when Scorpius finally went back to Hogwarts and you brought it up Draco sighs

"Why are you so badly wanting to do it?" Draco asks as he lays down on the couch and you sit on top of him and kiss him making him smile

"Because I hate seeing you so stressed and it makes me feel useless when I can't help you as much and knowing I could help you, all I want is for you to not be so stressed I hate seeing you so stressed and hating your job so much, and only staying there because of the money." You say and Draco sighs

"And I would work all day and night so you don't have to go back to that." Draco says and you sigh

"I just wanna help you more." You say and Draco smiles

"Your smile helps me so you don't need to because you just being my wife is enough." Draco says and you sigh

'But he's so tired all the time when he gets home, I wanna help him but I don't wanna go behind his back and if this makes him uncomfortable I won't do it, but I know it would help him so I wanna do it.'
