Hasini returned to home at 5.00pm

She saw a car in front of her home. Hasini parked her scooter and moved inside slowly.

"Here is my daughter-in-law.." a lady in her late 50s said happily.

Hasini was shocked.

" What the hell is happening here?" Hasini asked herself and entered her home.

"Hasini, today morning I told you." Bhuvana tried to explain.

Hasini nodded her head and smiled a bit seeing the old couples.

"This is Mr. And Mrs. Ramesh," Dinesh said.

Hasini went to her room.

"Mom, what's all this?" Hasini asked while trying to control her anger.

"Hasini, wear this and come." Bhuvana said sternly and went out.

Hasini huffed and started to wear the silk saree.

After 20 mins Hasini was sitting in front of her future in-laws.

"Six month before my son saw your daughter in some wedding it seems. We started to search for a bride for him and that time he told us about Hasini." Mr. Ramesh said.

"When will he come?" Bhuvana enquired about the groom.

They heard a sound so everyone turned their head towards the entrance.

"Jay...." Geetha said loudly.

Hearing his name Hasini's eyes welled up.

Bhuvana noticed her changes and side hugged her.

"God has given you a second chance so please don't waste this with your stubbornness." Bhuvana whispered to Hasini.

Hasini didn't utter a single word.

Jay came and settled in the living room.

After some time Hasini and Jay were left alone in the living room.

The old couples went to the terrace to give some privacy for the younger ones.

Hasini and Jay were sitting opposite each other.

Jay was the first one to break the silence.

"Hi my name is Jay... Jayesh." Jay said.

"Hasini." Hasini replied while looking at the floor.

"This is my personal card." He said and forwarded the card to her.

Hasini hesitated to get the card from him. Jayesh sensed her and placed the card on the centre table.

"We don't want to rush anything. I really like you, Hasini. We'll try to talk and understand each other. But the final decision is yours and I won't force you." He said genuinely.

'Everything should be equal in a relationship. Both the partners should try to understand each other's perspective and give importance to their decisions.
I won't force you. Final decision is yours.'

Hasini looked at him for a few seconds and turned her head aside.

Later that night 10.00 pm

Hasini received a call from her best friend Nancy.

Video call...

"Someone is getting married it seems." Nancy teased.

"Nancy." Hasini groaned.
