💫~Saving the Day~💫 (Season One Ending)

I couldn't believe it the one person who took me in, told me I could be something more was gone.

The serpent had laid eyes on us I wanted to shoot so many arrows in its purple eyeball.

"Oh, maybe if we stand perfectly still..." Jay whimpered

"Run!" Kai screamed

I turned around sprinting I must do as Sensei said defeat this thing I will do everything in my power.

"Wait! Wait for me!" Jay cried out after tripping

We all stumbled inside Jay being the last one to enter.

"Uh, hate to tell you this, but objects in the mirror are closer than they appear." Jay called

"Working on it. Blasters on full." Nya stated

I watched as the snake tried to bite down but missed.

"Whoo-hoo! Take that, you stupid snake." Kai cheered

"You're going to jinx us." I sang in an annoyed tone flipping on the reserved fuel button.

Suddenly the snake emerged from the ground right in front of us.

"Yeah Kai I think it heard you." Jay replied as we swerved out of the way

"Nya, we gotta go faster. That thing is gaining on us." Kai informed as I watched the snake it was gaining and fast

"We're going as fast as we can. I'll try to make it to Scattered Canyon." Nya said

"Probability of us making it that far is less than 8 percent." Zane explained allowing me to facepalm we are gonna die.

"Never tell me the odds!" Nya screamed

"It's coming in for another attack. Port side." Cole called out

"We're losing speed. We'll drop to the ground pretty soon." Lloyd added

"Well what do we need?" I asked eyeing the computer

"HELLO! WE NEED WIND YOUR THE NINJA OF IT NOW DO SOMETHING BEFORE WE ALL DIE!" Jay yelled and panicked

"WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO PULL MY HAND OUT AND CREATE WIND?! THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS!" I shouted back

"We don't have time for this! Throw everything overboard." Nya replied

"What?" We replied in unison

"We need to lose some weight." She replied

"Port side!" Lloyd called and the ship swayed to the left. We begin throwing out many things including a fridge only for the Devourer to eat it all and grow exponentially. Wait...

"Man, he sure is hungry. Does anyone else think the Devourer looks bigger than it did before?" Jay questioned for it to finally click in my head

"The more it consumes, the bigger it gets." I whispered

"Don't throw anything else overboard!" Me and Cole shouted together to watch Kai throw Sensei Wu's tea kettle.

I pushed him in the arm "why did you throw that?!"

"We needed to lose the weight." He shrugged

"Yeah but that's Sensei's kettle it's important." I stated glaring

"Look I know tension is high and whatever but this isn't the time to be fighting we have bigger problems." Cole replied getting in between and emphasizing on the bigger

"Phew. We made it to Scattered Canyons. Hold on!" Nya called from the control as we went back in going from side to side.

"Ah, we lost him." Cole grinned as The Devourer emerged biting off an engine.
