Avengers ASSEMBEL!!!

In a private chat between Loki and Thor:

Loki: Ohh brother ~

Thor: What now?

Loki: So I have this beautiful black spider which is kinda rampaging... what do I do?

Thor: I don't know? Calm it down? Why are you even asking me? We are not this close!

Loki: Oh right. I forgot that.

Avengers Group Chat:

BlackWidow: We got a new mission from fury.

HawkEye: Don't tell me we are about to babysit again.

BlackWidow: Close to it.

Thor: Let me guess, Spider-Man is missing.

BlackWidow: How did you know?

Thor: That god damn brother of mine.

IronMan: Huh? What's up with the nerd?

HawkEye: He got himself kidnapped from the sound of it.

BlackWidow: Fury wants us to get the kid back.

IronMan: Where is the problem in that?

Thor: My brother got him.

IronMan: So what? It's not the first time we beat Loki.

Thor: He also texted me earlier.

BlackWidow: Oh that's new. What did he want?

Thor: Something about a black spider rampaging.

HawkEye: Yeah... No. Can we leave the kid alone?

CaptonAmerika: No.

IronMan: Oh cap, you here too.

CaptonAmerika: It is our duty to get the kid back.

IronMan: I don't man. If he texted something about black spider and rampaging then I guess the kid got it covered.

Thor: I believe that Spider-Man has it under controll.

CaptonAmerika: Fury wants the kid and we will bring him the kid.

HawkEye: Do we have to?

Thor: My brother just texted me again.

BlackWidow: What did he say.

Thor: He is offically adopting the kid.

IronMan: Say what?

Thor: I don't know what trickery this is. 

BlackWidow: Forward the message!

Thor forwarded the message: Ohhh brother~ In case you want him back! He is mine now. I like this new black spider more! He has the bit of Chaos I love and can't get enough of it.

BlackWidow: Okay what's up with the black spider thingy?

HawkEye: Who knows and the kid seem fine from the message.

CaptonAmerika: But for how long. We all know Loki and he is most likely lying about everything in this text.

IronMan: True. It does concern me a bit that he is sounding this happy.

Thor: My brother is a fool. It won't be long and Spider-Man will get free.

CaptonAmerika: Anyways as for now everyone try to find this kid location.

IronMan: Thor, come overe here with your phone so I can let Jarvis track it back.

Thor: On my way TinMan!

Thor went offline

IronMan: Okay who let him watch Wizard of Oz?

HawkEye: Wasn't me.

BlackWidow: I was on a mission out.

CaptonAmerika: Not me either.

IronMan: No more movies for this man.

3rd POV:

While the Avengers got busy tracking Spider-Man's location down, Loki had a lot of problems on his own because Peter may or may not just got a symbiont and doesn't know how to handle the blackish glub. However Loki tries his best to help Peter controll the symbiont so that he can freely use it to his advantage. At this point he gave up on watching the kid and let him do whatever he pleases that included putting off some grenades that he probably shouldn't have touched.

Well the kid gotta learn from his mistake right?

Well Loki sure had his fair share of laughing while seeing how much Chaos this spider could do on his own.
