CH54: Eccentric Man

"This... are you sure we arrived in the right place?" Lalisa asks, obviously, as she looks around. She thought the audition would be in a building or in a studio. But this time, they're on a fucking farm with a chicken, ducks, and dogs running around. 

 
Manager. Young chuckled as she saw the expression on her artist's face. I can assure you that we arrived in the right place.

Lalisa looked doubtfully at her manager and turned to her best friend, Chae, who just shrugged at her, seemingly didn't have any idea. 

"Director. Lee is known as an eccentric director," Manager. Young started Lalisa looked at her curiously and ushered her to continue. "There is a time like that. He held the audition in the middle of the desert and on top of the hill. " 

Lalisa looked at her ridiculously, seemingly not trusting her words and said sarcastically, "I'm glad he didn't hold the audition in the freaking Bermuda triangle then," 

Manager. Young looked at her awkwardly and said, "Actually, I heard that he's already been planning to do that for almost two decades." 

Lalisa stared at her manager speechlessly and shook her head. Yeah, he's really eccentric when it comes to audition locations. Sigh, forget it. It's only a matter of time before I lose my sanity if I keep thinking this. 

Manager. Young gave them boots because it rained last night and walking in the mud with heels would be difficult.

They got out of their car and carefully walked to a small house, 30 meters away from where they were standing.

Understanding Lalisa's words, manger Young looks at her and smiles. "Director Lee wants a newcomer to act in his film, and besides, the Jeon's are the second biggest investors in this film, so it's not a surprise if she's here." 

"Oh." Laliaa nodded. She forgot that Director Lee intends to recruit a newcomer in the industry to act in his film. She's just confused.
