12. "yeah says the Italian don"

Evangeline POV

 "what the fuck? how can he just leave her? he is no a man" Callum said angerily at the tv show they were watching 

"yes, i hate him too" Angelo and Greyson said together 

we are right now in the living room watching some stupid romance movie which is fucking boring 

suddenly the door was opened and in came jack wo said "boss we got the information it was..." he stopped seeing that everyone was in the room 

"Eva, go with Angelo to get some snacks dear" i say and nod to Angelo silently asking him to take her away 

he understood and took her out 

"its fine jack, they have the right to know who attacked them" i say and everyone snaps their head towards me except Alex and Marie 

"oh.. ok it was the Germans, they tried to kidnap the 'Italian mafia princess' to blackmail 'black knight' as you know, Angelo was spotted with Italians" jack said 

Alex immediately burst out laughing "they... they kidnap.. you.. blackmail... bl...black knight, omg this is too hahaha, funny" 

"THE BLACK KNIGHT??" all my family shouted at once 

"interesting, look how much they found about the black knight, i want the information on my desk tomorrow, also make sure there is extra security in this mansion, no one should get in, got it?" i ask blankly and sternly 

"yes boss" jack said and left 

"Alex, make the firewall strong, i need to see what the Germans are up to now" i sigh and went to my work room at the second floor where mine and Angelo's room is there and no one else

"come in" i say not taking my eyes off the computer as i heard a knock on the door 

"case:5856 please get that folder here Alex, also look into the year it took place, i think we are missing something" i say as i close the tab on my computer 

"this one?" i hear a voice that is not Alex while placing the folder on the desk

i look up to see Massimo and Alexzander standing there with a very confused case i mean face 

"why are you here, not that you are not allowed or anything but why?... oh sit down you're tall enough already and you look more tall while i see you seated and you stand" i say 

Massimo chuckled while sitting down as Alexzander took the file and started to read it 

"its the attack on mall by Germans, 250 people missing, only 120 members found in human trafficking's market, no matter how hard i try, the others were not found" i explain him 

"you work in the underground?" Massimo asked shocked while Alexzander just reads the file closely but by the way his ears twitched i could say he is listening 

"yes" i say 

"its not good for you, its a dangerous place to be in" he said 

"yeah says the Italian don" i say 

"you know?" he asked shocked 

"yes, would be dumb enough to no to do a background check on who has Angelo's custody, gotta make sure he is safe"  i reply with a shrug 

"who are you?" he asked 

"i will tell you when the time is right Massimo, i promise" i say 

"i think i know where the rest are, i just hope i am right, you will have the information by tomorrow, if i am right" Alexzander says walking out of the room still eyes on the file 

"is he always this focused while working?" i ask Massimo who nods 

"learnt from me i guess" he sighs
