jungkook had his cheek resting on his palm, a smile on his lips. eyes admiring his husband who was seated across him.

the brunette had his plump cheeks dusted a soft pink hue aware of the older's gaze on him.

he was now on his second bowl of pasta that the other had cooked. aside from the brownies that jungkook had promised, the older settled on cooking some seafood pasta not satisfied with taehyung just having the brownies for dinner.

taehyung very much protested at first as he was really craving for the sweet treat. jungkook had been stern at first by not giving him the brownies but was weak when the younger had gave him his twinkly pleading eyes.

the dominant male allowed him to eat a few bites of the brownies but still made him swear to properly eat some of the seafood pasta as well.

true to his word, taehyung ate and ended up liking the dish he had made and now was on his second round.

"will you not eat more?" the brunette mumbled, mouth on a small pouty form as he chewed and glancing at his husband who definitely wasn't shying away as his eyes basically were in shape of hearts gazing at him.

anyone could definitely see how in love the jeon jungkook is to the person sitting infront of him.

"i'm full, i'll eat again tomorrow morning" jungkook replied. it was already eleven in the evening and at this point he was sure they'd skip breakfast and settle for a brunch.

taehyung nods before his face lit up and looked up the other excitedly. "we should call jinwoo and jiminie regarding the party" he states as the two males were in opposite time zones with his so it's safe to say it's morning at where they are. "i just hope they aren't busy"

jungkook had offered to do the cleaning and dishes knowing how excited the younger is at calling his friends and well, taehyung wasn't able to stand too long due to their previous activities.

he had carried the brunette to the living room who was snuggled under a thick, cream coloured throw blanket with a phone pressed in his ear dialing jinwoo.

"jinwoo hyung!" taehyung basically squealed - shout as soon as the older answered making for jungkook to turn to look at him and chuckles before returning his attention back to the utensils he was loading inside the dishwasher.

"taetae!" jinwoo was in the same state, thrilled as if he hadn't spoken to the younger in a long time.

the older mentioned that they were indeed back in america and was planning to fly to korea. "great timing, i actually was planning to call you since were planning to go home for a few days"

"so, you guys can come to the party?" taehyung confirmed, a wide smile on his face. eyes meeting jungkook's who was still in the kithen, listening to the conversation and gave him a thumbs up.

"yeah, of course but what's the occasion?" the other couldn't help but ask in curiosity.

"it's been awhile since we all saw each other so..." taehyung simply stated which the other didn't question.

the taekook couple would always invite them not just in their home but in the island as well where they can ensure their privacy so it wasn't anything out of the ordinary if the two would invite them out of the blue.

"i'll let hoseokie know and we'll sure to come. i need me some beach too and get some tanning" jinwoo exclaimed, voice very much laced with excitement. "as much as i enjoyed traveling around, a nice time at the beach definitely sounds heavenly"

after a few more chit chats, the two finally ended the call not before exaggeratedly saying goodbye to each other with a few sniffles and wails that jungkook who was still in the kitchen couldn't help but laugh and shake his head.
