taehyung's eyes was basically sparkling seeing the bag and boxes of sweet desserts being brought in by the maids.

contrary to the excited pregnant male, jungkook has the opposite expression. his hands crossed over his chest as he faced his parents.

the older jeons suddenly arrived at their home from the airport, informing jungkook that they would just be dropping by a few things for taehyung and would be heading back to london later.

"mom, dad this.... this is a bit too much" he couldn't help but mumble.

"nonsense, jungkook. it's for tae and he said he's been craving sweet things lately so your father and i thought of going around to get these for him" hyeri explained waving off her hand to dismiss her son.

the dark haired would've not said anything as he only raised a brow but knowing what "going around" means - basically 'country hopping' to buy all these sweet delicacies from different countries made him to speak.

"we made sure to choose the sweets that can be kept for at least a few days or weeks so taetae doesn't need to rush and enjoy eating them" hyunbin added with a proud look on his face.

jungkook ends up sighing once again but let out a defeated smile as he quietly watched his parents open the bags and boxes and letting his pregnant husband have a taste of some of the sweet treats.

"thank you eomma hyeri and appa hyunbin" taehyung exclaimed as they also gifted him a cream coloured coat that they bought while in singapore.

"we thought the color suits you so we had to get it, plus i think it'll be comfy even with the baby bump" hyeri adds as jungkook helps taehyung try the coat on.

"looks good on you, my love" jungkook murmurs as they all admire taehyung who shyly stood also checking himself with the coat on.

the older jeons didn't stay long saying they just really wanted to drop off their gifts and will now be heading back to london.

although, as they bid their farewells, the pregnant male was in a pool of tears - probably due to his hormones - as he was feeling overwhelmed with how thoughtful his eomma hyeri and appa hyunbin for dropping by just to give him the gifts.

the older jeons could only coo and find the pregnant male adorable as they engulfed him in a hug and promised to have more delivered if he wants and in the words "just tell us what you need and we'll give it to you even if jungkook doesn't want too. we'll keep it a secret."

and jungkook couldn't dare to stop his parents from spoiling his pregnant husband.

"my love, why are you still pouting?" jungkook couldn't help but chuckle as he wraps his hands around his husband, pressing a kiss on his exposed skin.

"because eomma hyeri and appa hyunbin came just to give me gifts.... they didn't need to.... i mean i like the sweets but.... i don't want them spoiling me too much.... i can't say no" the brunette mumbled only earning a laugh from his husband who turns him around to face him. "and why are you laughing? i'm serious..." taehyung added only pouting more and lightly smacking his husband's naked chest.

the couple were getting ready for bed and jungkook had just finished taking a shower while the brunette had just finished changing into his night wear.

"hmmm, you smell sweet..." jungkook instead mumbled, face snuggling in the crook of the younger's chest.

taehyung only smiles as he let the other hug him liking their close proximity and how the older softly pressed kisses on his skin.

"i haven't seen you wear this? is this new?" the older then comments scanning the kimono robe as he pulled away and it somehow amazed taehyung how attentive jungkook was with the most simple things including his clothing.
