Veronica and Philippe are walking around the gardens of Versailles "Veronica what if Louis doesn't get a male heir for the throne," Philippe asks his sister looking at her. Philippe and Veronica are both wearing black mourning the death of their niece "Louis might have to choose one of us to be heir to the throne but I know he won't choose me," Veronica said. Philippe shakes his head at his sister "I won't allow my sister to sit in the shadows and not be heir," Philippe said to Veronica and suddenly Fabian appears "There you two are and I'm sorry for your loss," Fabian said and bows. Veronica continues to walk a head of Philippe and Fabian "Fabian do you think my sister would make a great Queen of France one day," Philippe asks the man. Fabian looks at the Prince "Of course your highness your sister would make a Great Queen of France," Fabian said to Philippe.
Veronica was walking towards the palace when one of Louis's advisers see her "Your Highness the King and the council would like to speak with you," he said. Veronica looks at the man and follows him. The man opens the door "Her Royal Highness Princess Veronica," said the adviser and Veronica walks in and sees her brother Louis and his council.

"Sister we need to talk about something important and it's not marriage," Louis said watching his sister sit on the other end of the table "Princess your brother the King doesn't have a male heir," said councilmen #1. They keep talking about the line of succession "Men please leave the room I want to tell my sister myself," Louis said and the men leave the room. Louis takes Veronica's hand "Louis what are you planning," Veronica asks her brother and Louis takes a deep breath and tells Veronica "Sweet sister I know you're angry with me but as you know I don't have a son and I decided to name you as my heir,"Louis said and Veronica fainted in her brother's arms. Than Louis takes Veronica back to her room.
