Next was the working day and maya got up by 8 and saw teju sleeping and she move out of bed change in her yoga clothes went to her balcony and start doing yoga
So basically maya lives in a very silent area of mumbai were there is not much population not much vehicles roaming on the roads so kinda aloof at night as well and there is rumours of people getting robbed at night
So she was doing yoga when teju woke up and look arround immediately panic seeing a silent house rushed out in livinv and saw her in balcony and sigh in releif
She stands by the balcony railing and look arround the clouds look so close the air was making her hair fly with her
Suddenly the bell ring making teju startle and maya open her eyes from her asan
" Maid hogi " Maya said and teju went to open the door
The maid give her looks and went in
" App kiya logi " Maid asked and teju look confused
" Hum appse q kuch leingay " Teju said and maya chuckle and put her hand on her shoulder and teju look at her
" she means to ask what will you take in breakfast " Maya explained
" Oo hum french toast khayeingay " Teju said
" hum yani app duno ka banao pr madam appka tou omlette bana dii mein pehly bolny ka tha na " Maid complains to maya
Maya chuckle again " Kamla bass ye french toast leingii aur mein mera regular ye mumbai mein nayi hy tou aise bolti hy samjh gayii " maya said and the maid nodded doing her work
And both teju and maya move to room
" doston ka kandhy mein hat dalna but only if you are comfortable with that friend mujhy aise looks tou mat dou " Maya pouted and teju chuckle
"So what will you do whole day ? " maya asked
" Search the academy it's still not confirmed in which i will be selected so will search about it phir kha hy kesy rehna everything has to be checked na " Tejy said
" okay that's good i will come back by 6 or mostly 6 30 then hum dinner sath kr leingay Okay aur jo bhi lunch khana ho tell the maid wo bana degi dinner bana kr rakh kr chali jayegi wo okay " Maya said and went to get ready
After getting ready maya and teju had breakfast than maya went to office
The days passed in the same routine there wae nothing much happening in karan and Teju's life
Karan was just spending time with his mother father and dii and sometime giving advice to the police about the case
And teju wae just being at maya's home waiting for her selection
It was friday afternoon
The maid was cleaning the living room

Didi " she calls out the maid and give her 500 hundred rupees and the maid look at her " Hamare yahan jab bhi kuch acha ho paise dety hein tou app ye rakh lo okay " the maid nodded and smile at her moving back to work
She thought something and ask the maid to not cook dinner
First she thought to order something for maya then deciding she decided to cook something and start seeing recipe
Maya come by 7 and was damn hungry and as she come to dining after changing in her night suit
She was welcomed by the alfredo pasta smell " ye kisny banaya " she asked seeing
" Wo hamara selection hogaya shimla ki academy mein and its the best one q ky unka main head qaurter bhi wahan hy So hum training ky sath sath km bhi kr sakty hein tou humny socha q na kuch banayein aur sari recipe mein sabse easy yehii tha " teju said nervously and maya immediately taste it " Its amazing "
They both sat and have it
Next day was maya's half day so thet had planned to go out for shopping then have dinner out and come home
It was kinda late and the roads were silent maya and teju was walking to there building holding there bags
Karan was bored staying at home he decided to stroll at night and catch some theif and he knows the exact place to stroll
As they were walking suddenly a bike come and surrounded them
Two guys wearing mask get down they had a gun and a knife
Maya was looking sacred and teju was also sacred but didn't show it much on her face
Maya immediately gived her wallet to them
The guy having knife eyes fell on her pendant " Ye nikal "
Nhii " teju said firmly
" Tujhy jan piyari nii hy " The other guy said pointing gun at her
" Pr ye hamein jan se bhi ziyada pyara hy " teju said
Maya was in delima she know its Teju's father last gift but if they did something to teju
The knife tried to take it from his knife but teju hold his knife and her hand got cut
Teju " maya shrieked seeing her hand bleed
Teju kick the knife guy where the sun doesn't shine making him fall down and the other guy attention goes to his partner teju hit him on the joint of his knee by her leg making him fell and took the gun from him
Karan who was strolling in thee same area hear the scream of the first's guy and immediately rushed there
The sight surprised two girl one was hitting the guy with her heel and the other was hitting with shopping bag and the guys were saying sorry
The guys notice karan and immediately tired to crawl towards and teju put her heel in his hand to stop him
" Miss ? " they both hear an unknown voice and they both turn and look at him
" Yess " Maya asked still holding the guy
" i m an army officer and i can arrest them leave them " karan said as teju hadn't move her feet and teju remove her feet
" Your hand is bleeding miss " karan said to teju
" Ohh yaa teju dikha " maya said rushing to her hand and teing her handkerchief on her hand
