The day started in the worst way getting up at 11 AM, I feel a lot of headache, it is very unbearable to feel that feeling after a night of pornography and masturbation, but I am already determined to quit, I have already read and had good ideas on how to deal with this addiction, beginning by doing different things on a daily basis that allow me to cope in a certain way, such as playing sports, reading, creating a better social life, and that is what I am going to focus on on the first day.
