You found another one of my alcohol bottles

This time it was tequila

You just looked at me with saddened eyes

Before they became angered

And you smashed the bottle on the tile ground

The glass shattering everywhere

A lot went into your feet and legs

And you cried out in pain

And my heart crumbled in pain

Because if I hadn't started to drink you wouldn't have found the bottle

And you wouldn't have thrown it

And you wouldn't have hurt yourself

It was all my fault that you got hurt

I ran to you

And hugged you, the glass pressing into my bare feet

But I didn't care

You were probably in more pain

And I deserved this pain

I'm sorry darling

For being a disappointment

But like I told you already

I'll just do nothing but hurt you
