- Synopsis -

Elsie Taylor was a young girl that had no clue that the life she had been given was not normal. That most little girls were not supposed to be dealing with everything that their father's didn't want too.

She had sat on many different planes, trains, buses and always seen the other girls with their mothers and fathers, occasionally with siblings or friends, and she never understood why she didn't have a mother or anyone else. She never dared ask, as she was unsure of the way her father would react to her questions.

Elsie wasn't like everybody else, and she knew that. She wasn't supposed to be left at the train station while her father boarded the train they were supposed to get on together, just to be left alone to find whatever family she had in whatever state she may be in.

"Who was going to tell me that I shouldn't have had to sleep on the side of the road or under the seats of a train just to be fed junk food my entire life. I thought that was normal, including the beer bottles in the back of the Ute, where I slept some times"
