Lisa hopped onto Taehyung’s bike and the two of them returned to school.
From inside the car, it seemed like the exchange between Lisa and Taehyung had come to an abrupt halt.
The person in the car said to the person beside him, “Master, that girl is the newly recognised daughter of the kim family, kim lalisa. The boy beside her is the young master of the kim family, Taehyung.”
Jungkook said, “That’s her.”
“Master, are you sure?”
“Are you doubting me?”
“This lowly subordinate wouldn’t dare!” The man said in a rush. “It’s just that before kim lisa came to be a kim, she had been living with an ordinary couple. This subordinate has checked on them. It would have been difficult for them to raise a daughter with such a level of skill. I am just worried that…”
He was not wrong in being cautious. Serving jeon jungkook has not been easy. He has been by jeon jungkokk’s side for many years and has developed a cautious nature after watching him grow in power.
He felt that anyone who approached Jeon jungkook came with bad intentions. This kim family daughter had appeared out of thin air and was able to dispatch a group of grown men so easily by herself!

“I am sorry, Master!”
“Go back and punish yourself. Same old rules. If anyone sees that you are injured, you will be dismissed immediately.”
“I understand, Master!”
“Also, get someone to watch over the girl. If any problem arises, report it to me immediately.”
Jeon jungkook’s stonecold face softened at the mention of Lisa. “Don’t get too close or else you will be discovered. Forget it, I am sure you will be discovered anyway. If she questions you, ask her to come look for me.”
The subordinate received his orders and left.
He has a strange feeling. He suspected that his master had deliberately let lisa know that he was tailing her and was goading her to confront him.
Afternoon classes were about to start as Taehyung and lisa arrived back at school.
As they walked side by side to their building, Taehyung rambled, “You’ve made a bet with someone, you should change your attitude and study hard. Of course, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose in the end. I will protect you and I guarantee to keep you from dropping out of school.”
“Whoever dares to cross you, they will have to go through me. If I can’t deal with them, my name will be cursed!”
lisa turned to her side and commented, “Honestly, you’ve done a little too much today.”
“I’m your brother! I am just concerned for you!”
“I understand.” lisa sighed. It was a little troublesome but she would endure it.
At least Taehyung wasn’t a bad person. He would even give his chicken drumsticks so lisa did not wish to chase him away.
“I can’t help you study. If it weren’t for the fact that a member of the Jeon family was the first in our grade, I would have kidnapped him and forced him to tutor you.” Taehyung was in a state of distress. “Why don’t you go home and ask ki. Yeri to tutor you? Her grades are pretty good so she could give you some pointers.”
“There’s no need.” kim lisa's expression turned sour upon the mention of kim yeri.
She stopped in her tracks and said calmly, “Don’t worry, I won’t lose.”
The girl’s expression was cold. Taehyung recalled seeing that same expression on her face the day they met, when she had kicked him to the ground.
Oh my, where was this aura coming from?
lisa reckoned that she was just being stubborn and was unwilling to admit defeat. Considering how frail she looked, it was not a good idea to hit her. After all, she was his sister, what else could he do? He can only pamper his little sister!
