Today we ago a grandma house she's having a cook out and she invited us and couple family members.

Everybody was here uncle Rushawn, him wife Ezlibeath, Sanjay, aunty Dee, Brandy, Lexi and even Kyle not gonna lie it feels like old times this melts my heart only wish Mani was here.

He's actually studying fi be a doctor I think its going to be his fourth year then he graduates

we talked about topics until dinner was over. "Alright mommy we a gweh" mom said in a hurry tone signaling us we are about to leave why she always like this we did a have fun eno "really Janice we guest not even arrive yet" mama says causing everyone confuse

"which guess that?" Rushawn asks curiously "dem seh dem soon come so mek we go in the living room."

We are now in the living room waiting for the so call guests mama says are coming. "Mi boring mek we play a game" Lexi said standing up

"Coming" mama says excitedly basically running to the door "sorry we're late miss my sons did a tek long fi get ready and then the traffic" the lady at the door says everybody a look pon each a wonder a who mama coulda invite none of us could guess who it was though.

"Good evening" the lady said politely "sorry we late and miss dinner" she said again "that alright mon" pastor seh shaking her hands. Why she look like me see her before I shake off tbe fussy feeling.

"Mum" a boy around my age came in with bags in his hands "evening" he said "this is mt5 son Malik" the lady say introducing him to us, him kinda look like him mada dem have the same eyes and complexion he's handsome not gonna lie

She took the bags from her son "see some gift yah" she hands dem over to pastor "thank you and God bless you "Kayla sweetheart come put them yah inna the kitchen please"

Seriously I didn't move cause me never did a plan fi go eno but same time gi me a side eye deh I took the bags from him and went in the kitchen.

After me put down the bags me go bathroom cause pee did a come down pon me, mek me look pon me self one time before me go outside nah lie the dress look good pon mi "wonder how Mani woulda react if him see me inna this I smiled taking a selfie pic sending it to him I took one more look of myself before going back outside

"Kayla how yuh tek so long fi come back?" Mommy ask smiling showing her beauitful teeth mi look good pon her cause a could never a smile she a smile like a real genuine smile

"Me did deh bathroom" I said not moving from weh me deh still in shock.

Mi look to the left and see a person weh sidung side a mommy look familiar like me know a who and the longer mi look the more mi feel like me know the person a swear mi heart inna me mouth I cover my mouth.
