AURORA TOOK A shower first thing in the morning, she didn't know what to expect from the dinner ben planned for them
she didn't know if he planned a fancy dinner or casual dinner, so she picked out a nice white dress that wasn't fancy but wasn't that casual
she smiled as she placed it on her closet door so she remembered where she put it, grabbing a nice pair of shoes that matched it
she had a lot of time to kill, since dinner was at 6 and he was picking her up. it was only 11:27 when she finished showering
so she decided to call sasha over to kill time and talk about things, she put a pizza in the oven as she waited for sasha
scrolling on instagram, she heard the door open and close to see her best friend walk into the kitchen
"what are you making?" sasha asked curiously as aurora laughed "pizza, there's soda in the fridge too" she replied as sasha's eyes lightened up
"dr pepper?" she asked as she slowly made her way to the fridge "obviously, it's the best one" before sasha grabbed two drinks for them
placing them on the counter before they both sat down on the stools putting on a random show in the living room
"what are you gonna wear to dinner tonight?" sasha asked as aurora rose up "you know that white dress i have? i was gonna wear that one" she spoke
"or maybe the pink and white floral one?" she asked as sasha thought about it "i think the floral one would be cute.. but it depends on where your going" she spoke
"i could ask him what to wear ?" she said as sasha nodded her head, so they can figure out what was the best option

she laughed at the last text knowing he was making a face right now, he always had bad timing with things and did things last minute
sasha looked at the texts and rolled her eyes playfully "honestly pick the one you feel confident AND comfortable in"
"okay, then the white one it is. it's comfy and it's good for any occasion" aurora spoke as sasha nodded
a noise coming from the oven, both taking it out and grabbing slices to eat it, as they continued to talk
"it's crazy how you met him over tennis" sasha spoke "i know, im glad i did" aurora said as they both continued to talk about other things
sasha ended up leaving around 5:15 so aurora could get ready before 5:55, ben was gonna pick her up before 6
she applied mascara and some blush, before heading into the bathroom curling her hair and putting on her white dress
before receiving a text that ben was here, she walked out the door before seeing ben at the passenger door
she smiled at him "you look- wow" he said "you look handsome" she spoke before he smiled "thank you" he said
opening the door for her, she got into his car before he got into the drivers seat, driving to the restaurant they planned on going to
they talked during the car ride, listening to the music he played, at the restaurant, it had a nice view of the city
it was on a rooftop, and the food was amazing as they ate and talked about their life
walking to a different part of the restaurant, looking at the view, he put his arm around her to keep her warmed up
"aurora" he spoke as she turned to face him "ben" she said as he turned to face her "look-"
"i like you a lot and i don't know-" he said before aurora placed her lips on his, his hands on her waist and her cheek, hers on his neck and cheek
they pulled apart before he spoke up "will you be my girlfriend?" she smiled before nodding "i'll be your girlfriend"
he kissed her again before they pulled apart smiling like crazy. walking hand in hand over downtown
and the night was filled with kissing, laughing, and enjoying the night with each other. spending the rest of their lives together
"i love you"
