•Athena's POV•
Training is in full swing my training schedule has changed from three times a week for about two hours. It's now five times a week for three hours.

"Again, go through it again!" My assistant coach yells at me. I skate over to my starting spot out of breath.

My free program music starts, and my body moves on its own.

I go into the first jump a quad flip, I land it. The next thing that comes up is a combination jump; a triple flip, along with a triple toe loop I land both.

Next is a double axel, I fall. I get back up in the corner of my eye I see my coach throws down his clipboard, I act like I don't see it.

Next is my choreo sequence, which I can't do wrong with. Next is another double axel I land it.

Next is my spin combination, I do it perfectly. And here comes my step sequence.  Which includes my triple lutz, and my triple loop. I fall on my loop.

I have my triple combination which includes a triple flip, one Euler, and a triple salchow. I land all of them.

Now I have a triple lutz, I fall. I'm getting more and more tired. I have another step sequence.

I don my spin sequences I fall out of the camel spin. And I'm done. I fall to my knees out of peer exhaustion.

"That was horrendous Athena." He tells me as he skates over. "You can't even land all of the triples, how are you expecting us to allow you to get rid of one your triples to add a quad. When you can't land the triples!" He screams at me.

"I'm doing the best I can, I'm just not having a good day." I try to defend myself pathetically.

"Well, your best isn't very good now is it." He spits out. "Get up and take off your skates we are doing a weigh in." He skates off.

I just lay there defeated. I get up wincing at a pain in my left ankle, "I'll ice it when I get home" I tell myself.

"You've gained 3 pounds," he tells me as he writes in down in his notebook. "That's why you're not landing." He mutters. I stay silent.

"Go home we'll work more tomorrow be on the ice at 6am." He says and walks off.

I stand there for a couple of minutes, realizing I'm supposed to go to dinner with Kit and Joe.

I go to the locker room pack up my stuff get changed, and leave.

Texting Kit and Joe making up an excuse that I'm too tired from practice to go to dinner, it's not exactly an excuse but I stretched it a little bit. I start walking home.
