What a fresh morning, the birds, the sea, the winds!!
Aweee it sure feels fresh if I don't sleep after drinking
How many days has it been since I have waken up with such a good mood?
I should get ready for the day!
I wore a red dress and let my hair loose, I decided to wear some lipstick because I was feeling this good
I hummed as I thought about how to spend my day
Maybe tease Ace a little then Beat Marco up--
As I made my way out, I saw preparations
"What? Is someone coming?" I asked Izo who was taking some wine barrels towards the kitchen from the store room
"AH-" Izo kinda screamed after hearing my voice but then acted suspiciously normal
"Y-yeah, some pirate guests of Pops"
"Oh? Why wasn't I told?"
"Maybe Marco forgot to tell you" His sweat dropped
... Weird
I made my way towards rhe main deck, pops wasn't there, maybe still sleeping, Ace and the others were there
"Who is coming?" I asked taking a seat besides Ace
"I- I DON'T KNOW" he shouted while looking the other way
...that's too suspicious
I grabbed his hair
"Tell me who is coming or else Imma throw you into the ocean"
"....... I- i don't knowww!! Ouchhh!!!! No one is coming!!! Shanks is definitely NOT coming!!!"
The whole deck went silent

"I TAKE IT BACK I AM GOING HOME!!" I started again but they caught me
"ACE YOU IDIOT!!"
Pops came moments after
"Y/n! Remember your promise!" He stated making me quit fighting back
Tsk I forgot it's been a week already
Or else I would had returned to my ship yesterday
"But why should I be the only one to apologize anyway??? Ace, Marco and Jimbe were there tooo!!"
"The plan was yours, everyone is aware of that"

It was time, I could see His ship from a distance
Even if he is coming to make peace with us
It doesn't mean he doesn't carry potential danger
All of the commanders stood in line
He has to pass by us as he walks towards Pops
Meaning, we are gonna be face to face
I stood in the middle of Marco and Ace
Let's just avoid making eye contact
"RED HAIRED'S SHIP SPOTTED!!" shouted a crew member
Soon the ships connected and HE was here

"Shanksss!!! You idiot!!!" I called as Captain told me to go call for him
"Where areee youuu!!" I shouted, looking for him left and right

I got a hint of his haki and turned towards the ceiling
There he was, hanging with his hand
He jumped down with a grin
"Your haki was too noticeable" I said
"It was? But I controlled it the same?" He asked confused
"Maybe it's cuz we are always together, I got more used to it now" I replied
"Or maybe it's cuz we kissed--" I punched the idiot
"Captain is calling you! Hurry!" I began walking but he came in front of me and started coming closer
"Sh- shanks?" I asked but he didn't stopped, he started coming more forward and grabbed onto my chin, he pulled it close and our lips touched
It was soft and tender, my tummy started feelings weird
... Kissing is strange as I have never done it before, however with Shanks... I do not want this moments to ever end
...
8 years..... It's been 8 years since I last saw him...
There he was, I sensed his haki easily
I didn't turned towards him, I kept looking forward, but my eyes wandered, In hopes that he nor anyone will notice
He started to walk, he was using his haki so most of the junior crewmates fell unconscious
"Oi oi chill" Said Marco, while Shanks just grinned
He came in front of me and stopped in his tracks
"You are still the same Y/n" He said, not losing his usual smile
My expression darkened, but I didn't reply
... Bear Y/n...for Pops...
"Well! We can catch up later!" He grinned as he started to walk towards Pops again
He went and sat in front of him, he had a huge wine bottle in his hand which he handed over to Pops
They talked for some minutes before Pops told me to come forward
.... Embarrassing
Like I was told
I went forward to meet with a jolly Shanks
We maintained eye control for some seconds, I had an pissed expression written all over myself
I bowed, breaking the eye contact
"I am Sorry for causing another Yonko any type of trouble"
Not giving him any personal relationship, talking purely on business
"I acted recklessly, I will be sure to not repeat the same mistake again"
Not repeat my foot, Let me come across them one more time and I will kill them myself
I kept my head low till the silence was broken by shanks
"Ahahha We are Pirates!! This are minor occurrence!!" He kept laughing
....pisses me off
"Y/n you may go" Said Pops, I am glad
I raised my head and began walking
"It's okay now right Red haired?" Asked Pops
"Of course it is, right Y/n?" His words made me stop in my tracks
"We are cool right?"
I turned around
With a fake smile, I answered,
"Of course we are"
