LIA POV

"Well this town is beautiful, isn't it lia"
Mum said trying to start up a conversation with me while I pressed my phone in the passenger seat

"Umh yeah I think " I said looking outside the window for a second before looking back at my phone

I wasn't the type to enjoy scenes and places, kind of one of those people who usually pass the area as that is what it is meant for, To be walked on, afterall it's land.

"It's nice and the cool breeze just makes it so welcoming, I think we are gonna love it here right Amelia" She said using my full name, well Amelia was my full name as dad was half Italian and mum was American, She only uses my full name whenever I wasn't listening and distracted which was the exact thing I was doing

After dad death, mum decided we move to folks, dad's hometown which I wasn't a fan of. As for mum, over joyous would be an understatement, she was freaking so excited about coming here, for reasons I didn't know and it felt like I was being dragged here. Trust me it felt like that.

She took a U-turn stopping in front of of a house, it had a calm yet modern feeling which made it kind of comfortable

"Lia, help me with the bags" Mum said as she carried some bags into the house while I  carried the rest. Putting my phone into my pockets, I lifted the luggages into the house as I stepped in through the front door. Well it was okay and and perfect, it had a white couch with three sofas, a brown marble tiled floor and a flat screen TV with a beautiful animal skin Interior.

It had this modern yet nature sense of fashion

"Your room is upstairs" Mum said heading over to the kitchen

"Well then I'll be upstairs then " I replied as I carried my bags to my room.

I opened the door to my white sheet bed and silver marble tiles with a white and black door leading to the bathroom. I turned to the left facing my mirror before dropping my boxes on the ground and jumping on the comfy bed

I was here and there wasn't any going back
