Background
Bibi Ryu was born in Calcaro, Retropolis, where she only knew her father, Bull Ryu. Even her mother was unknown to Bull, as Bibi was adopted from the NRO, National Retropolis Orphanage. Bibi decided to come to Brawltopia for a better education to become a police officer, and faced many challenges by doing so. She was discriminated for her origins, and was usually shy and timid, until she met her peer Fang Remo. He helped her see that her origins made her special, helping her become more confident and proud of her background. She then rose to fame in her cohort, and later was entrusted with the Kyra of Last Chance to become the hero Voyager. In most recent news, she became involved with her roommate Sandy.
